    THree months ago, my review would have been a bit different, as they had mild issues, but honesty is not big in market research SADLY. But as of August 1, I have been unable to access my earnings of 48 dollars Their "support" has been non existent, except to say i had to submit a W9 as i was getting close to the threshold where that is required, No problem , I did so. That was over a week ago, each day when i effort to log in, i hit REDEEM, and am taken to a page saying PHONE VERIFICATION REQUIRED Since August 1, I write this on August 12, by the way, I have been in the phone queue and NEVER a call back so as of August 12 MY EARNINGS remain inaccessible, and with these earnings, I would still be under the 600 threshold, so this is not W9 related, and they are just stealing from people who did what THEY ASKED OF THEM

    I have been using this company for over a year now. Never really had major issues. But this one situation I've never got the points for. It was a offer from SJ stating if I was to download something it would get a certain amount of points. I still haven't received them. It just says pending under the history tab. There is no ID number per this wasn't a survey. The date on the item in question is 8/1/2022

    I had a little bit of frustration in the beginning as far as getting paid was concerned. But it got resolved and my experience since has been for the most part good. It's definitely something handy.

    at times it will end your survey at the end and not give you the actually points just 3 after it took all your information
