    I have been doing surveys, I have reached over $11.00 and am trying to get my point redeemed. I am told I must give them my bank account number, which I wont, or sign up to be called by them. I have signed up eight times, no call back. Beware, takes forever to earn your points and then they scam you. Very upset.

    Thankful for the 500 points you get at the start. Customer service is great as they answered all my questions in a short amount of time (a couple days I think). I'm glad I found Survey Junkie.

    Survey junkie is a legitimate way to make money while taking surveys online. You can cash out using PayPal or even your bank

    Been using for years with no issues, I still love that I get my payment via PayPal immediately, unlike other apps. Takes too long to hear back after requesting HELP - for the 1st time, I'm owed points because the 100-point survey correctly showed in the list of successfully completed surveys, but did not get added to my total. I added up the points in the list to verify, and yes they add up to exactly 100 less than the total shown. It's not often anymore to get a high-point survey, let alone get through it entirely and successfully, so after the very long time period invested attaching cell phone bill photos, I really need these hard-earned points. Some of us have no other income and depend on these dollars.
