      I had a horrible experience with a previous Solar company. I decided to not renew our lease and was recommended to check out Solar Optimum. I'm glad I did. I talked with ********************* who gathered my initial information and then ********************* called and discussed in detail the type of system that would fit my needs. Over the process from start to finish he answered all my questions. He could have easily told me to talk with customer service after I had signed the contract, but instead, he helped the entire way, and anything he couldn't answer immediately he got the answer shortly after. A true professional.In between steps, Solar Optimum sent out emails letting you know what was going to happen next.Installation was just as great. The only knock I had was I was told it would take 1 day, but when they came they told me it would take 2-3 days. That was fine, as I work from home, but I had to juggle something to make sure I could pick up my daughter from school. It didn't sour my opinion of the process. The installers also took the time to explain what they were doing and how things worked.Halfway into the project, I decided I should have a critter guard added. That was quickly ordered and was installed the same week as the solar panels were installed. However, there was a hiccup with the product as the wrong size guard was ordered. This was quickly rectified. The installer came back and made things right. There were some staffing issues and the installer wanted to come to finish the job on his day off unpaid. I told him, please do not, I appreciate his willingness to get the job done and make things right, but I wanted to make sure he got paid. I don't have his last name, but his name is ***** and I truly appreciate his dedication to see the job through.Overall, I'm very pleased with Solar Optimum from start to finish. They did a great job, they answered all my questions, and they followed through.

      I went with Solar Optimum because I had a good first impression from my first contact with them and they seemed very professional and fairly priced. I was not disappointed in any way, and I particularly appreciated how fast the project went from start to finish, meaning the connection to the grid.Solar panels have been working for a month and already delivered more energy than I expected.I would definitely use Solar Optimum again.

      Of all the solar companies I talked with, I went with Solar Optimum because I felt they had integrity, were fair, and could do the job while standing behind the product. I was not disappointed. Contractors in general can be tough to vet. I had a positive first, second and final impression. I referred three people who also had positive experiences. Solar Optimum has systems in place to provide checks and balances and ensure they earn and maintain a quality reputation. Actions speak louder than words. Ethics and doing the right thing matter to Solar Optimum. I would not hesitate to use or refer Solar Optimum again.

      Solar Optimum completed my home project several months ago. I wanted to leave some comments. Overall the project went as discussed but there were some challenges. Through this whole process there were 2 people who were outstanding. First **************, was outstanding at times he was the one who kept the process moving and was great with communication. Thank you *****. The second person was ************ from the **** department. Towards the end of the project ***** reached out to me about some financial incentives that I had no idea about. ***** was helpful and walked me through each step and approximately 2 months later I received a check in the mail due to her efforts. As for my panels everything is working as designed and its great not relying on the grid. I cant wait till summer and the longer hours of sunlight.Thank you again ***** and *****.

      I reached out to Solar Optimum for my getting my house ready with solar support. My project was time sensitive as I wanted to get into CA's NEM2(NET metering 2 program).Solar Optimum prioritized my ask and provided - permits, applications, design, procurement and installation well within the deadline. Also the price they quoted was lower then other companies I reached out to.

      solar optimum was competent and professional. they were concerned about what i needed and how they could take care of it. everyone on the team was a pleasure to deal with but i have to give a special thanks to consultant ********************* for always being available to answer my questions and to ************************* for the efficiency and thoroughness that he handled my service call.
