      **************** would like to give Solar Optimum a 5 star rating. Our entire experience with them was fantastic. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had. Most importantly I would like to pay a high complement too the installation crew that worked on my house. They worked nonstop installing our solar equipment and did a great job. *************************** was the crew leader and I would like to say he was a true professional! He explained everything too me as the job progressed and was a joy to work with. Solar Optimum is VERY lucky to have him as an employee!

      I would highly recommend Solar Optimum. This company was very professional. They kept me informed each step of the way in a friendly and informative manner. They answered all my questions and concerns immediately. The work was excellent and they finished on schedule at the price quoted. It's refreshing to find a reputable company that actually cares about it's clients.

      First, Solar Optimum puts a lot of effort into removing negative reviews on any review site through a number of ways. They've even resorted to manipulation and deception in my case. They consistently show their heavy-handed approach rather than focusing on actually improving customer service. The installation, replacement, and repair staff were excellent, but the business side is a little scattered. I regret choosing Solar Optimum for the 25 year lifetime of my system.Initially, I was impressed with their competitive bids, offering better warranties and hardware for the price. However, the benefits ended there. My salesperson was unresponsive, causing me to miss discounts due to delays. Communication with Solar Optimum was a struggle unanswered emails, difficulty reaching them by phone, and vague responses.Their failures led to project delays, increased costs, and extra effort on my part. What should've taken less time took six months. I'm worried about ongoing account maintenance and disappointed with their account management and customer experience.Prospective buyers should be prepared for an attractive package but also for more involvement on their part. You may need to contact Solar Optimum frequently to get project updates. They lack proper training and operational support for their staff.

      Solar optimum got the job done at the end of the day, when others simply would not consider a non-southward facing roof. I was aware an east/west array paired with a self consumption battery would adequately ensure complete electricity independence from grid, if the ** was accurate.I appreciate Solar optimum taking on the project and adjusting through several design iterations along the way. I sincerely wish PG&E did not make plan selection and arbitrarge so wildly over complicated. But thats not a Solar optimum issue. Sales rep- ****************************** 3$ a watt, but happy with the 15 400hkvpanasonic panels, and enphase 10t battery pairing. 7-8 year roi. Nem 2.0 shoulda woulda coulda

      I shopped around for solar companies and collecting quotes. Solar optimum gave the most reasonable offer and I proceeded with them. Installation was quick within a single day, and the work quality was excellent. Being an engineer myself, the solar optimum staff also worked with me on optimal installation. They were friendly and respectful. The system used is the Enphase IQ gateway along with the IQ8M micro-inverters behind each solar panel made my ********** The Enphase gateway comes with a phone app called Enlighten, where you can monitor power generation of each panel individually and collectively as a whole system over time in days, weeks, **************** Panels are very dark / black, which looks nice on the roof. Overall very happy with the system design, planned drawings, connections, and workmanship for the price. Highly recommend.

      We hired Solar Optimum to replace our roof and install our solar system and storage battery. We are extremely happy with the outcome. ***************************** was our sales contact. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and true to his word. The pricing for both was very competitive. Any question or request has been handled immediately and satisfactorily. We highly recommend this company!

      My wife and I could not be happier with our decision to go with Solar Optimum. We were close to going with another provider because of pricing but after digging deeper into that company's reviews, we ultimately decided Solar Optimum was the better choice based on their rating, customer service, and value. The process for installation was quick and easy. We were grateful our representative, *****, was so ****** communicative and transparent, which made for no major surprises. We could not have asked for a better experience.

      I worked with a different vendor than Solar Optimum at first to try to set up my solar system - had nothing but headaches and couldn't get a firm price. I switched to Solar Optimum via Ensage (my Step son had a system installed by Solar Optimum and recommended the Ensage site for comparison and contact actions). I switched last minute and signed the contract on the last available day to still get NEM 2.0. Since the first contact of Solar Optimum, the team has been professional and paid attention to details. Any questions I had were answered quickly, and I received a quote that was clear and detailed. There have been a number of people involved and all requests for information or support were quickly completed. Had the install last week, and pending final inspection at the end of this week. The installers were kind and quick (15 panels in one day). I definitely had a great experience working with Solar Optimum, and highly recommend them for installation of a solar power system (My system was 15 panels, I did not get battery backup as the batteries are in high demand).*************************
