My new windows are ******** noise from outside, and my house is much cooler in the summer, warmer in the ********** windows have modernized my house.

I would not recommend using k designer for house siding they give a good sales pitch but deliver way less than professional work. I hired k designer to reside my house in 2020 and they have still not returned to do the job as promised by their salesman. After several attempts writing the BBB and contacting k designer's omaha office the problem has yet to be resolved. It is more than obvious that k designer is more interested in getting a contract signed by a customer thru lies and promises that they have no intention of honoring then it is to have happy satisfied costomer. When it comes to buyer beware consumers should put k designer at the top of the listK-Designers

Great communication. Easy and quick from sales to install. very organized. Installer was very neat and respectful of our home. He truly appeared to care how the windows were installed, operated, and looked. There were a couple of defects in a window and the team addressed these concerns promptly and without hesitation. Like everything these days, they aren't cheap. But the quality is fantastic and you get what you pay for. Windows are beautiful and great improvement to our home!K-Designers

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - READ THIS. We purchased six (6) large, custom-built windows from K-Designers in 2017 for roughly $14K. The windows were installed incorrectly, and we were not aware of the problem until six months after installation, immediately calling K-Designers informing them water has been penetrating our walls ever since. We have contacted K-Designers countless times over the years, speaking to many different individuals in leadership roles and nothing has been done to correct the problem. This last year we remodeled our home. The building contractor removed the trim and framing around the windows as it was evident the framing was rotting. New hardwood floors were being installed and we could not risk water damaging the floors. When the framing was removed, my building contractor showed me multiple openings around the windows where you could see light coming in from the outside. I called K-Designers again and I was (finally) put in touch with the Regional Branch Manager from the Portland office. The repairs to fix K-Designers mistake was $4,631.88. The Regional Manager believed that his company could have done the repairs for $1000. My building contractor stated under no circumstances could the repairs around the windows be adequately fixed for $1000. My building contractor also said he would be happy to talk to anyone at K-Designers and provide greater detail about the work they had to do to fix the problem. No representative from K-Designers contacted my building contractor and we finally settled to receive a payout of $1000. I signed the settlement agreement 2/22/2024 but have not heard from K-Designers. My wife and I have both tried to contact the Regional Manager, calling him numerous times from different phones, leaving messages asking him to call us. We have sent text messages and emails, no response. its very clear we are being ignored. We have had to come out of pocket with money we don't have to fix their installation mistake & got nothingK-Designers

1 starK-designers has perfected their sales pitch... careful though! K-designers will never honor their price match guarantee program and they will never provide technical bulletins on the products they provide. They fully expect someone to understand their better than they do in order to be held accountable. Do not buy from these scam artists.My wife and I signed a contract with them to "take advantage" of their "best first price" with the understanding we would still be able to find additional offers and take advantage of their price match guarantee program provided we find an or equal product.... They even assured us they would review all offers with 10 days of being given a written competition proposal until 30 days after work was complete.K-designers then proceeded take over 40 days to review a competiing offer that was over 30% cheaper, rushed to complete the project without reviewing significantly cheaper offers or informing us know why the competing products are not an "or equal," and still have not provided engineering/technical bulletin data for the products they have offered.After this expereince, I can only assume this is Standard Operating Procedure for K-designers. I will forever warn everyone I ever met and know looking to do home projects to never do bsuiness with K-designers. We got new windows, gutters and siding on our house. The crews were very courteous, hard working and cleaned up after themselves. It was completed in a timely matter as well. The house looks great. Happy with the end result. Would highly recommend.K-Designers

The company K Designers came off strong with their sales pitch. The quality of work and the amount we paid to have siding put on our house is not worth it. We have had it on for 2 years now and the trim is bubbling pulling away from the house. It is a disgrace and poor quality and I would never recommend them. Do not get the fake looking brick because it buckles, bulges and it looks cheap.********** ************K-Designers

Over the last two weeks I have been on the phone with an employee at the *********, location. I was scheduled to have repair work on vinyl trim and siding that was damaged by last ******* hail storm, The employee and I set up the appointment for today 7/3/24 and unfortunately, nobody showed up for the scheduled appointment, no phone calls or estimated time of arrival. Needless to say I ended up staying home all day waiting for the repair work to be done and at around 3:00 PM MST I called their number only to get an answering machne as nobody was around to answer the phone, I left a message for a call back ASAP and since COVID-19 this offices customer service has went downhill and I will be lucky the repairs will ever get done. Please take your siding business elsewhere!K-Designers

We had our bathroom shower redone, and brick siding put on the front of our home.We were extremely pleased with K-Designers. They were very friendly yet professional from the very beginning of the process. They did an excellent job ion both projects. ******* and ****** both showed up on time. They completed the jobs in a timely manner. They both cleaned up everything after they were finished. Both guys were very hard workers. I will definitely use K-Designers for any other projects I might have.I highly recommend this company.K-Designers
