      On Mar 12, I signed up for the $1 service. It did not mention anything about a $40 monthly subscription that would be charged to me afterwards... Until you go back and look at the fine print at the bottom! These misleading consumer tactics and the site that purposely makes it difficult to view or cancel your subscription are condemnable. I viewed one record, my own record. I sincerely doubt they will refund my money, but I hope to also warn others about their misleading business practices.

      Thank you for contacting us and sharing your concern. The service is offered as a monthly subscription and we see that you took advantage of an initial 7-day trial period. This allows new consumers to try out the entire site without having to pay the subscription fee upfront. All of the terms and fees are listed during the sign up process and we require all customers to check a box that specifically agrees to this information. We also reiterate all of this information in the email that welcomes new customers to the service. Accounts can be canceled 24/7/365 online or via our toll-free automated phone system. We also offer live agent support by phone and email 7-days from 5am - 9pm PT.  We are sorry to learn that you thought this was something different. We tried calling you to learn more about your experience, but we were not able to reach you. We can confirm that we have canceled your account and a refund has been issued as a courtesy. Thanks again for connecting with us and please let us know if you need any additional assistance. Sincerely, Support Team

      I am requesting a “Right to Deletion of Personal Data” and that Public Information Services “Not Sell My Personal Information” in accordance with applicable state laws “California Consumer Privacy Act” due to privacy concerns, as this may result in potential identity theft and compromise my safety. This is also inclusive of any other affiliate websites owned and operated by this company such as Public Data Check, Public Record Reports and other websites not listed in this complaint. Furthermore, I ask that my spouse's contact information be removed as well. As we do not consent and/or authorize this company from selling, brokering and publicly disclosing my information.       I have been trying to cancel my membership for days now. Now matter when you call there 1800 number its said its they are not open. I email but haven't got a response either. There is no way to cancel the membership on the website. Told scam

Our support team is available 7 days from 5am - 9pm PT.  This information is posted on our website under “Contact Us” and it is also included in the email we sent you when you registered for the service.  Anytime you call outside of business hours and attempt to reach an agent you will receive a message that we are closed. Similarly, if you send an email outside of our business hours you will not receive a response until we are open. Sorry for any inconvenience. For reference, accounts can be canceled 24/7/365 online or by using our automated phone system. The automated phone system prompts you to enter either the phone number or order number tied to your account. You provided your order number in this communication, and so we are not sure what happened. You can also cancel by email or by speaking with a live agent during our normal business hours.       This site has listed my Social Security number to the public. I want it removed. Also, I want all my information removed from the site. They are siting 12 criminal convictions that are false.

      I paid for one search for an individual on This website and only one. I denied continuing with a monthly subscription. They have taken money out of my account a second time and I sent them an email complaining about it but I got no response.

      I found out about a misleading criminal charges in my report. I am not a sex offender nor ever charge as a sex offender, why does it show on my file? . I have never lived in that state mention in the report. Please remove wrong incorrect information about me from your website. I check other sites and nothing on me. You even reported I had a speeding ticket in Missouri and I have never been there. Please remove this false info from your site before some else sees it and took me as such.

      I have been getting charged 29.94 for months now. I have not been getting any notice that I have been charged in the last year or so and I just checked yesterday and it showed how long I’ve been getting charged this much.

      I used their 7 day trial and thought I canceled same day because the site was completely useless and provided 0 information I needed to look up. But it turns out they did not cancel my account instead kept it active as took 29.94 out of my bank account without my consent.

      This company taking 29.94 out A month call them up on the call them on the 26 talk to the supervisor. He said he’d give us the two months they took back and cancel it well they gave us too much back and then now they charge us another 2994 as of today on the 28th
