Dear K****, Thank you for contacting us and we are glad to help. We tried calling you but the number you provided is not in service. We are not able to find any record of any correspondence from you prior to 6/5/23 which is the same day you filed this complaint. We are not exactly sure what you experienced several weeks ago but maybe you reached out to a different company? We have an automated opt-out process that allows any consumer to request the removal of their public data from the search results of our website. Your initial request on 6/5 did not contain enough information to process a request and we responded with instructions and a link to the opt-out process. We do not see that a request was ever submitted. We reached out again in response to this complaint and you were able to provide the information you wanted removed and we processed the request. I cancelled my subscription the same day as I ordered it. And I'm still being charged . I am not wanting a refund I disputed charges because the info that I received was not accurate. And I received a refund from the trial offer that alone should have cancelled the subscription but yet I'm still being billed almost everyday. I want my subscription cancelled . Did their free trial offer and cancelled my account after. Just realized I have been being charged the entire time. I tried to log in to no avail. I tried to reset my password and never received a link as it says I will. Seems I have the same issue as everyone else. No account and still being charged. Making me second guess if I ever even created the account in the first place.
Oct 20, 2022 was my first interaction I believe of 1$. They took 3.5 months worth membership fees.

We received your email requesting cancellation on the morning of 3/27/23 and processed your request that morning. Accounts can be canceled online or by phone 24/7/365 and we also offer live agent support via phone and email 7-days from 5am - 9pm PT. We don’t have any record of any other requests to cancel your account prior to 3/27/23 and this is why your account was charged the normal monthly fees. We see that the account was created using the email address syn*******[email protected]. This is the address that must be used to login or reset a password. The other addresses that you provided were not associated with an account and this is what caused the issue. We are also sorry to learn that several months of charges went unnoticed and were unexpected in any way. Our registration process clearly explains the fees and we require each consumer to check a box specifically agreeing to the fees. This information is reiterated in the confirmation and the email welcoming you to the service. We do not want to charge consumers who do not wish to be charged and we have refunded your monthly fees. Your information is hit or miss. Because of this site, you have painted my image and name in an extremely disgusting light and have my wife affiliated with a Child Pred who has the same first and last name as myself. I demand this information is corrected and submitted to the individual(s) who pulled this report. I truly hope to see this disgusting misrepresentation of myself deleted and corrected to all who may have seen this and made their assumptions based on this absolutely false information pertaining to me.

We see that a trial account was set up on our website on 1/14 with billing scheduled for 1/22. The account status was still active on the billing date and this is why the charge was processed. I had used a free trial publicinfoservices.com and cancelled the membership than on jan 3
I was charged $1.00 and $29.94 for a membership.
So i called and talked to someone and explained and they cancelled my membership and issued a credit
So next day i see a credit for $0.00
So i wait and now i have 2 charges for $29.94 plus charge of $1.00 ..
No credit..
I call the company back and explain and the person tells me im wrong... that they issued a credit and closed my account. To call the bank on a 3 way call
I told them i know what a credit looks like and its a charge .
The representative tells me im wrong and i tell them i will call the bank...
So i call the bank and confirm i was charged $1.00 on jan 3 then $29.94 on jan 3
And $29.94 on jan 4 for a total of $60.88
Which i would like refunded back to my account and my membership and info removed from there system...
I had made 2 attempts to resolve and they not being honest or exercising good buisness practices...
Theres all the signs of a scam and seeing other complaints confirms it..
Why are they allowed to continue?
They are manipulating the free trail to bait and switch and charge people
There not being honest about memberships free trials nor are they honering what they offer
There advertising one thing and doing another
Then con you to think something like a refund and a membership cancelation is approved and its not....
Im at the point i cant call them to come to a resolve..
I can no longer trust them or what they say
Im sure they will have some con to attempt to clean this crime up and suger coat it...
How could they be able to display a BBB banner on there website? I dont think bbb would approve con artist /scammers /liers /crooks as a bbb association

Dear F****, Thank you for sharing this situation with us and we are sorry for any confusion. We were glad to speak with you and listen to your perspective. Our records indicate that the account was created on our website on 12/24/22 and you were charged $1 for the 7 day trial fee. The terms of the service are explained during the registration process and each consumer is required to check a box that specifically acknowledges and agrees to the service fees. This information is also reiterated during the order confirmation process and included in the welcome email that was emailed to you at the time of registration. The account was then charged the normal monthly fee of $29.94 on 1/1/23. You contacted us the next day on 1/2/23 and the account was canceled and refunded. We offered to make a 3-way call to your bank to resolve the matter but unfortunately you declined the assistance. We don’t have any other remedies at this time. If you are able to provide any documentation from your bank indicating that you were double charged we are happy to revisit this matter. Please let us know if you need any further assistance. We are still unable to substantiate your claim and we have repeatedly asked for your assistance to help us identify any type of error. To date, we have been unable to find any issue with our billing system and you have been unable to provide any documentation from your bank. We have offered to speak with your bank and we have requested that you provide some type of documentation from your bank showing the error. Anything showing that we double charged you would suffice. I am rejecting this response because:The person the sent this email is misinformedi spoke with a rep and we communicated well
we not only worked on the correction but also the complaint, cause , and correction .the statement about me and my bank is not valid
just because i didn't let them be on a 3 way call to protect my sensitive information
doesnt mean i wasnt cooperating
i reject that statement
and the cause is there banking software needs to be checked by a IT profesdional
because i seen where was a credit but showed $0.00 then it posted as a charge $29.94
we yhen aggreed to wait for the dust to settle and i will check if funds have been credited
i was waiting for this email to end this complaint and i believe its software issue with no malicious intent from the company
also if you read other complaints the very similar if not exact were charged more than once not getting refund over charged .canceled membership and still was charged
i believe the company is getting a bad rep from the sofeware for banking and its not on my end
im satisfied with my own assessment. what anyone does with my theroy is on them but im sure by what i saw and we both were looking at our computer screens and clearly theres a software issue
