      I placed an order last weekend and have not yet to receive my shoes. I had expedited shipping. I was suppose to receive them 11/17/2022. I even received an email. I called customer service and they did nothing.

      I placed an order with this company on October 11th. The item arrived and needed to be returned for another. I arranged the return and was informed the product had been shipped. However, no product ever arrived. In fact, while the company indicated my item was shipped, FEDEX said that a label was generated, but nothing more. I attempted multiple times to deal with customer service that maintains a "text only" system where you must text them and wait for a reply. If you miss the three to five minute window when they respond, they immediately state they attempted contact but you never replied and subsequently shut down the system, tell you to have a nice day then force you to start again from scratch. This is the worst customer service company with which I have ever dealt. BBB should not give this company anything but their worst rating.

      I wish I could give this company zero starts. I purchased a pair of running shoes less than one month ago from Dick’s Sporting Goods in Houston Texas. The day after I purchased these shoes and the first time my daughter wore them, the bottom started peeling off. Less than one month after wearing these for track at school and they are peeling all over the place.
      I was notified by Hoka via Instagram when I decided to go on their posts and warn people how ****** these shoes are made and not to spend the money. I was told that I could send the shoes back to Hoka at my expense for a “review“. Why would I spend more money to send these shoes back with no confirmation that I would receive a replacement pair of shoes and/or my money back?
      I want a replacement pair of shoes and I want my money back or I will continue to warn people not to spend money on these ****** shoes that look horrible less than one month after purchasing them. $135 wasted. It’s unreal.

      I ordered two pairs of shoes from TEVA and submitted an exchange for one. Never got an update on my exchange and kept checking their site but it kept getting an error when I tried to find out the status of my exchange. I contacted them a month later and my exchange was never submitted. Then they submitted the exchange. TWO months later I'm still wondering where my package is but don't really bother because it's becoming very clear what kind of company this is. I reach out just out of curiosity and they told me something happened with their warehouse and the package never left the building. And what I exchanged for was no longer available. I selected a new item that was available and they told me it was back ordered even though the site says there's one available. TERRIBLE customer service, TERRIBLE follow through. And I will never order from them again.

      Bought slippers worth $100 for $25, a few days later I get an email that the order is canceled because the billing zip code was wrong, instead of asking me for new payment they quickly canceled my order because they realized their price mistake, this is not right and totally unfair, I expect Ugg’s to honor their price that I got the original for…
