      I like their shoes but I feel that they don’t care about their customers. My situation is this: I ordered two pair of sandals totaling over $100. The courier service they selected was FedEx. My shoes were delivered to the wrong address. I reached out to Sanuk and they gave me the runaround. I sent them pictures of my delivery sitting on someone else’s porch that FedEx delivered to me as well as FedEx concluded email telling me to reach out to Sanuk. I spoke to a representative and she told me to email her the information she even gave me an email address to mail it to but then I got an auto reply stating that they don’t receive emails so basically I spent $100 on a shipment that I never received never got my refund. Oh, and when I went to login to check my account, my account was erased but I have screenshots and emails from this company proving that I placed my order. This company don’t care about their customers and in my opinion they are crooks if you order from them and something goes wrong good luck contacted anyone I’m getting a resolution.

      I returned a pair of shoes BECAUSE THEY DID NOT FIT RIGHT. They wrote me that I returned an empty box. Shouldn't they look to the shipper for this theft possibility?? All they are doing is saying i need to give them the cost of the shoes within 30 days or they send me to collections. I have been an ardent supporter of this brand but their lack of customer support combined with their refusal to look to the shipping company to see what happened to the shoes??
      ( BECAUSE I DID NOT!!! RETURN AN EMPTY BOX!!) I am a high school teacher I don't have the time to pull this type of reckless behavior!) I would give thema zero stars if I could! Buyer beware! This corporation is all about how much money they can make and to hell with caring for their customers. DON'T FALL FOR THEIR BULLSHIT THAT THEY CARE!!!!!!!! BE

      I purchased a pair of Hoka shoes. they cost in excessive of $150. Three months into it, the tread began falling off. I contacted the local retailer and was told he could do nothing and to contact the manufacturer. They said I could "send them in for review". No indication of how long this would take and no guarantees. In the meantime, I'd have to buy another pair of shoes and they may, depending on the review, issue me an in-store credit to buy another pair of their shoes.

      This company is nothing but fraud! beware!! Their website says gift cards will be sent within 2hours of placing the order. I did not get a notice of delivery for 2 days so I called and was informed it was a 'computer glitch' and that they are working on it. It has now been 10 DAYS with no evidence of shipment, no effort to contact me to let me know what is going on, nothing. I want my money back and will not only advise Better Business Bureau but I plan to post on every social media site I can find to warn people to beware of ordering anything directly from them. They do not take customer service seriously and my daughter's birthday was ruined.

      Wish it could be a 0. I ordered a pair of Hokas ( from Hoka ) or so I thought but looks like it is now owned by the HORRID company. It took 12 days to get a pair of shoes ( I usually order the same shoes every 3 months from Zappos and get them in 3 business days). They also sent me the wrong size. When I attempted to chat with a rep - Dejah was the rep who responded. She was very interested in stating her position and had no interest at all in helping resolve my issue.
      Not sure Hoka / decker or whoever it is cares but you have lost a long standing customer and should be ashamed of the business and customer service. Funny I came to file a complaint and now I see 23 other complaints about this company and their service.
      Decker / Hoka you need to think about the nature of your company you sell goods to consumers and have horrid customer service. Now I need to take the time and return the shoes that they sent and as D**** said "its too bas when you get something that does not fit". no D**** - I understand your attempt to twist it around but they don't fit because you sent the wrong size. I will be sure to also post this on social media and tell everyone I know to stay far far away

      Horrible customer service - kept getting bounced back 'n forth between them and Afterpay. Both keep saying the other has to process the return, when I've sent the return over a month ago. I had bought two boots at the same time and returned them at the same time, but only one out of two returns has been processed. It's been an absolute nightmare trying to get this resolved when it really is quite simple.

      My husband bought a pair of uggs for me at Christmas. We received the boots never received a statement. A few weeks later my husband was told that he was in collections. A couple weeks after that they said he was in collections unless he made a payment this time the payment was ever higher then the original price of the boots. So my husband made the higher payment to stay out of collections. Well a few weeks later here we are Deckers wanting more money then the boots. This is ridiculous deckers get yourself together. I know I’ll never buy from you again!

      Their company UGG has awful customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would. I have ordered boots twice and they were canceled both times credit card company had already confirmed that the card was not the problem. On the third attempt to order the boots an associate finally told us they were out of stock. So unless you want to pay an insane price and be given the run around by UGG I don’t recommend them at all. I hope that they inform employee as to how to check stock or create a more function system. So to sum up they waist your time and money.

      BEWARE of this company and from my experience DO NOT BUY UGGS.
      DECKERS purchased UGG Australia in 2016 and dropped Australia which was the WORST MISTAKE AS THE QUALITY IS NOT THE SAME. I received a pair of boots on a black Friday special normally $170 for $117. The boots came in with creases, white spots all over the boots, the bows on the back hanging on by a thread and also the seams looked defective as they were not even and clean. Worst experience ever. I could not obtain a cooperate office number from the associate on the phone since their is not a cooperate office number listed for customers. Was not able to put a review on the UGG website. If I could I would have put this their so people can be aware of the issue. These UGGs are not the original UGGs from Australia which I would have been okay with if the quality was at least good. Trying to further my complaint but BEWARE OF DECKERS BRANDS. Wish I saved myself the time I spent ordering, dealing with the return and the headache from this awful experience. DO BETTER, Buy elsewhere.

      I had purchased a pair of HOKA footwear off the website. I purchased the footwear knowing that the company has "The 30 day guarantee". When I inquired about the return option to the representative, they failed to let me know about the 30 day option and began to state they cannot help with my concerns (the rep already pulled up my account info to see i was still within the 30 day grace period). When I told the rep about the 30 day satisfaction, she magically remembered. It was really unfortunate that the rep didn't do her due diligence in assisting me with my needs from the get go.
      After a couple weeks of processing my return, I finally get a partial credit for my purchase. At first, I was a little taken back since the HOKA website states a "full refund". I finally get in touch with a representative and they state to me that the company does NOT pay for shipping and handling. This is HOKA's company policy... I asked for the terms and conditions so I can verify its not a "full refund" as the website states. The representative could not provide me anything. In this situation, its not about the money, its about the principle and how these HOKA customers are being treated. The last two interactions had really rubbed me the wrong way and lastly made me feel I made the right decision to part ways with HOKA.
