    I took my minor child to their site for a covid test in May 2022 and provided my ********** Blue Shield PPO insurance information. A year later in May 2023, I suddenly receive a bill from this company that is asking me to pay for the test out of pocket ($25) since they never billed my insurance. I thought it would be easy to resolve as I'd simply send them my insurance info again and have them bill my insurance. However, I have been unable to get in touch with a "real" person since the bill was given in May 2023. They just resent the bill again this week. I assume they are just doing this from an automated system. I have called, emailed, and used their online form. the emails and online form go unanswered and the phone goes to a voicemail with no one ever calling back even if a message is left. Their phone and email re-direct to a place called "LA ENT". It is unacceptable for a business to repeatedly bill you without actually having a person you are able to talk to as it is their error for not billing insurance even though they were given that information. This makes me think it is a scam and I will not be paying any bill they send me until I can speak to someone from the company.

    My family is keep receiving texts, e-mails, and mail for requesting us to pay for free covid test we took in June 2022. We also had unitedhealth insurance then. Three of us took the test, only my husband and my daughter keep getting request to pay, but not myself. We called, left message, sent e-mails to billing department twice, filled out online forms twice, but no one is getting back to us, and still receiving the bill. No one answers phone. Chat help doesnt have an option of billing and general inquiry grayed out. Billing department e-mail address have been changed within last several month. First it was total testing solution, now it says LAENT(LA Ear Nose Throat). Is this a scam?

    I received an invoice from Total Testing Solutions dated 5/30/23 for Covid Test on 3/13/23 for the amount of $200.00.I didn't take any Covid test with this business on 3/13/23 and while attemp to inquiry about the charge via chat on line thru their website and calling the phone number, ************ with no one pick up the phone in the last couple days. I decided I need to file a complaint thru BBB

    I received a bill from total testing solutions without any invoice detailing what the bill was for. I contacted total testing solutions, and they have not replied to my inquiry. *** tried calling and cannot reach anyone live. I suspect that this bill is fraudulent as we have not use the services of this company for a very long time
