I placed an order on February 20th and have not received the package or any updated info on the order. Today is March 5th. I called customer service multiple times and each time it goes straight to automated response. I also send an email 2 weeks ago and never received a response. I believe Ive been scammed. No package, no response and no way to cancel the order and receive a refund. Im infuriated. This package contained natural medicine that Ive been relying on regularly for over a year.Business Response

On December 13, 2022, I purchased 2 items from Herbspro . On December 30, 2022, I noticed that the items were still "in transit to SORTING FACILITY", so I sent an email inquiry to Herbspro. In the email I provided the original tracking I received and ask that they advise on status of delivery as there hasn't been an update on the tracking since December 14, 2022. In response, a Herbspro representative replied and provided me with tracking, which I already had, with no explanation of the delay. Since then I've sent several emails inquiring about the delay of which the last 3 emails have gone unanswered. To reiterate, since my initial inquiry on December 30, 2022, I have only received one reply from Herbspro which stated: "The package is in transit. Down below is the link to the tracking information". I haven't received any explanation of the delay nor when I can expect delivery. NOTE: As of January 13, 2023, the items are still "in transit to SORTING FACILITY" according to the tracking provided. Herbspro is still unresponsive.Business Response

Order HP322946 $18.30 placed 12/09/2022. Received 12/17/2022. Complaint emailed 12/18/2022 to [email protected]. No response so resent 12/20/2022. No response so called 12/28/2022. I was extremely disappointed in the product I received. I've been using Earth Therapeutics sleep masks for years and order new ones when mine wear out. The 2 new ones I received from HerbsPro were thin, cheap, and uncomfortable. The website picture was misleading. I immediately sent an email to customer service but no response was received after a week. I called and was told I could not return because it was opened. What a waste of time and money. I placed an order online on the Friday 28th October with Herbspro, ORDER HP314863 their email response was Thank you for your purchase! Please note that the charge on your credit card will appear as "HerbsPro".) On the 1st November at 10:45am, I realized I ordered the wrong products, I immediately called into Herbspro spoke with ****** and verbally canceled my order, he then promise to credit back my **** the same day, however on the same day at 3:04pm the order was supposedly picked up? today Sunday 6 November the shipping is still showing 1st November date as the shipping date?Once I received an email telling me that the order was shipped, I immediately called into Herbspro and spoke with ****** once more, his response to me was I will cancel the order and call you back. (still awaiting call back)I have made numerous attempt via email and phone calls to rectify the problem to no avail, I am being totally ignored, one attempt was to use NO caller ID, once ****** answered the phone, he transferred my call to music, which eventually hung up. All I need is my monies to be credited back to my Scotia **** Credit card..Upon checking my **** account today HerbSpro under the name Universal Herbs *** debited my **** account in the sum of 74.32US I was able to source products elsewhere.very unethical of this company..please assist me with this resolution thanks for understanding ***** ************ PS todate I have received over 39 promotion emails from Herbspro..Business Response

Hi! Paid $11 for shipping. My item took over a week to ship per emails automaticallysent. I sent 4 emails to support to cancel, since I would not receive my item in a timely matter. It's been over 2 weeks. Still not received just get emails saying on its way. Left a voicemail, no call back. Sent another email about my concerns of my items and after seeing others reviews of no items received or half received I think this business needs to be looked into as they are taking money and not sending items. Will not cancel items for not shipping items either. 2 different reviews on 2 different days just to see if that would help me get a response and nothing. So now I am reaching out to bbb for help getting my money back and hopefully they will not taking from anyone else.Business Response
