    Order HP322946 $18.30 placed 12/09/2022. Received 12/17/2022. Complaint emailed 12/18/2022 to [email protected]. No response so resent 12/20/2022. No response so called 12/28/2022. I was extremely disappointed in the product I received. I've been using Earth Therapeutics sleep masks for years and order new ones when mine wear out. The 2 new ones I received from HerbsPro were thin, cheap, and uncomfortable. The website picture was misleading. I immediately sent an email to customer service but no response was received after a week. I called and was told I could not return because it was opened. What a waste of time and money. Do not waste your money and time with this company.

    I placed an order online on the Friday 28th October with Herbspro, ORDER HP314863 their email response was Thank you for your purchase! Please note that the charge on your credit card will appear as "HerbsPro".) On the 1st November at 10:45am, I realized I ordered the wrong products, I immediately called into Herbspro spoke with ****** and verbally canceled my order, he then promise to credit back my **** the same day, however on the same day at 3:04pm the order was supposedly picked up? today Sunday 6 November the shipping is still showing 1st November date as the shipping date?Once I received an email telling me that the order was shipped, I immediately called into Herbspro and spoke with ****** once more, his response to me was I will cancel the order and call you back. (still awaiting call back)I have made numerous attempt via email and phone calls to rectify the problem to no avail, I am being totally ignored, one attempt was to use NO caller ID, once ****** answered the phone, he transferred my call to music, which eventually hung up. All I need is my monies to be credited back to my Scotia **** Credit card..Upon checking my **** account today HerbSpro under the name Universal Herbs *** debited my **** account in the sum of 74.32US I was able to source products elsewhere.very unethical of this company..please assist me with this resolution thanks for understanding ***** ************ PS todate I have received over 39 promotion emails from Herbspro..

    Hi! I put an order October 2 2022 and paid 41,25 dollars.12 October 2022 the company took another withdrawm from the account I used to pay the first time.I have sent 2 emails and no replay.Now I sent a 3 with the issue and that my carrier has returned my order without my knowledge.No answer.I can't get through the phone either.I want my money back due to their policy "To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a "No Questions" 30-day return policy"And because I don't get any answers the days for this policy ticks and I won't get refund it they don't reply me.     Order HP306547 Placed on September 13, 2022 Paid ***** USD After many atempts of contact without answer from Herbspro, they contact stating that one article was out of stock and i should indicate a replacement. So i did.Until now no news or updates about the ordet and the delivery prediction.Unfortunately no one cares about costumers at Herbspro, to reply to costumers and give informations on time about the orders.

    I placed an order with Herb's Pro (https://www.herbspro.com/) on 9/27/22, order number(HP309001)I contacted them on Later asking the status of my order as no tracking number had been issued; No delivery and no reply until todaywould arrive by the 11th, I rec'd cancel the order if that was the case.

    Paid $11 for shipping. My item took over a week to ship per emails automaticallysent. I sent 4 emails to support to cancel, since I would not receive my item in a timely matter. It's been over 2 weeks. Still not received just get emails saying on its way. Left a voicemail, no call back. Sent another email about my concerns of my items and after seeing others reviews of no items received or half received I think this business needs to be looked into as they are taking money and not sending items. Will not cancel items for not shipping items either. 2 different reviews on 2 different days just to see if that would help me get a response and nothing. So now I am reaching out to bbb for help getting my money back and hopefully they will not taking from anyone else.

    I paid $6 for an empty box. I have attempted three times to resolve this with HerbsPro. Earlier this year I ordered five bottles of Percogesic, wanting to stock up before prices went even higher. One of the boxes was light so I opened it and was empty, absolutely nothing in it but air. My husband witnessed this as I opened the order.     Firstly, we are retailers and not manufacturers. we ship the product the way we receive from manufacturer. We had directed you to order protection which is like Insurance where you can file claim regarding any issues with the order. You failed to do that and put in a complaint.

     

    Its like when you have an auto Insurance, you claim with Insurance company or you go to the car dealer? 

     

    However, after 45 days you will not be able to file a claim with them.

     

    As a part of good customer service we have gone ahead and issued you a refund of $ 6.52. Receipt attached for reference.

    I placed an order on Herbspro.com on July 1st for 2 Therlac Probiotic bottles and was also charged $9.04 for shipping total $68.30.On July 8th I contacted Herbspro to see what was going on with my order.A rep told me another 5 days for delivery.I told him that probiotics go bad if not on dry ice or ice p**** asked to cancel the order and he said no.I asked to speak to a supervisor.He placed me on hold and after 15 minutes no one answered.I wrote the company an email stating to cancel the order.On July 8th I received an email from a ********* O stating that the order shipped and the order cant be cancelled from the unknown shipper.I was just told to refuse the delivery.I cant wait around for 5 days waiting for an unknown shipper.By the time I receive the box if it does get delivered it will be no good to use.I have used other website and have never had a problem with shipping probiotics especially expensive ones.The website said the ship in coolers.I notified my credit card company to dispute the order and they said real weird there was no charge from Herbspro.com. This could be a scam website.All I ask that the contact the shipper and cancel in transit or guarantee a free return shipping label for the return.I don't want the product and Iam not looking to take advantage of them.If they are legit they need to step up their customer service after reviewing all the complaint on the BBB.ORG site.
