**************** was atrocious. I was mailed the wrong item. When I contacted the company, customer service informed me that I had mistakenly ordered the wrong item. I provided picture proof that the company had erred in what it mailed me as requested by the company. I asked that the company pay the cost of returning the item. At that point, the company ghosted me and never responded.

One of the representative said that you will need to return is because we shipped the product that you have ordered. We have also mentioned in our disclaimer that "It is our endeavor to obtain and present accurate product information however; we cannot guarantee or ensure the accuracy, totality or appropriateness of any product information. We suggest you do not solely rely on the information presented on this website and recommend that you read labels, warnings, and other information provided with the product before using or consuming a product. Price was good for the product I needed, which is why I ordered from them. Received no order confirmation, or shipping/tracking info. I finally contacted THEM after a week to see where my order was - it hadn't even shipped yet. It went out after that, and then I got bombarded with updates, and now they're asking me for reviews. No apology for a week of silence. Too little too late, guys. I would only order again if I had no other choice.Herbspro.com

I placed order number HP328310 on 1/5/2023, and it is now 1/8/2023 and the order hasnt even shipped yet. This sends up a big red flag. I made another online purchase on the same day and that company delivered my items the next day! In addition, no one will respond to my email. This is poor customer service. I would like to either have my order shipped or get a refund.Herbspro.com
