5 starsExpedited fulfillment. Excellent customer service. Continuous tracking updates. Just wish they would not utilize ***** as their carrier of choice. ***** exhibited a series of "operational delays" thus adding multiple wait days before I received the product. Herbspro had displayed excellent fulfillment processes (Order acceptance, picking, shipping) but the hand off to ***** resulted in multiple delays.
