    May 25, opened acct (made a **** credit card transaction with this seller) for a report that I never received. Requested by e-mail to close acct, ref #*****-3943141-84258, but May 30, was charged ***** on my credit card account. Would prefer the seller, PeopleWhiz.com tel.************, credit my card acct for the ***** service that i have not rec'd, nor do I wish to receive. Thank you. *******

    Company advertised a comprehensive background report for which I paid the advertised amount for this service. It gave no information that could not be googled and left out easily identifiable information that no one has to pay for, like for example, listing a ******** account under social media profiles. The company then requests another payment to give basic information. A phone number is listed and it advertises your money back if you are not satisfied, employee who answered phone laughed at me and hung up.

    Peoplewhiz - 7/5/22 - $27.99 I join many other complaints already registered regarding PeopleWhiz. Paid for research which produced a report on me which contained many inaccuracies,i.e. untruths! Including addresses, phone numbers, family member not true. Asked for total refund due to false reporting and advertising. I want a total refund. This company falsely represents itself.*********************** ************

    Im listed in there as a former resident of the **************************, ****** when Ive never heard of it until today. And it says I have 2 criminal charges against me but I checked the official local website of public records and found no such claims. It also has my deceased sisters name on that report and my age, as well!

We do not have control of the public records available, but we do allow individuals to remove their name from the database. The driver's license is only requested to validate the identity of the individual requesting (there can be multiple people with matching names and cities) for their information to be removed and to help us with our monthly compliance review. We have gone ahead and removed your information and you do NOT need to provide an ID.     Well I like to check on my background but there is something in there like name and address and people. That I don't know. Plus when I try to log in my emails don't exist so how they charge 27.some cents for and can't sign in. I really trying to cancel and they're charging 37. Some cents for cancel a headache.

    I believe PeopleWhiz use false advertising to lure customers in. I paid for a 6 month subscription for $89.70. I thought that I would be getting an entire report! I had to pay an additional $19.95 for a premium account. The premium account didnt include what I knew to be true about the person. Then I ran myself and there was also missing information. I hold a professional license and that was not included in the report. And if I wanted to access the premium account I would have to pay an additional $19.95! I have used less expensive site that provided up to date and more accurate information. Still not the information I was looking for, but at least the company was up front about the offer and provided a $1.00 trial period. I am very unhappy about this product. I did not contact the company because I refuse to deal with scammers. I want others to know this site does not provide what it says it does!
