    I paid $1 for a 5 day trial and now they have charged another $ ***** for a membership. I didn't authorize this . I am a senior citizen and cannot afford this kind of thing

    Total scam. Website doesnt do what it advertised. When you call for a refund they are rude and hang up on you.

    I used their online website (people whiz) to request removal of my personal information from their website. The website is demanding that I upload a picture of my drivers license or identification to remove *************** information from their website. Im not comfortable doing so. Im requesting that all of my information be removed from their website due to confidentiality concerns and I am not willing to provide my drivers license.

    I used *********** too look on a ex boyfriend They advertised full background Sent me stuff about other ****** Johnsons not relevant to whom the check was on. ***** is a lot of money to find out nothing. I want a full a refund on false advertising Nothing accurate.

    PEOPLEWHIZ is company. Unauthorized charge today 8/2 for $19.95. When I called to dispute this, The man on the other line hung up on me twice And told me it was too bad because he wasn't going to take this unauthorized fee off of my debit card. It is pending on my acct. & will probably go thru tomorrow. When I called back the 2nd time and asked to talk to a supervisor, He then again hung up on meagain. I authorized a dollar charge on my credit card for 5 days of service which was charged on charged on my account on 7/30. He was very rude & more or less suggested too bad because I authorized it. When I threatened the ************************* or the Better Business Bureau, He told me go ahead. He might as well have just scammed me. Even when I authorized the dollar charge I chose the option to not remember my debit card number. I am not paying for a service that I did not receive and don't think I should have to. Being a senior citizen that $19.95 is needed for me to live on. I would appreciate any help that you can give me And help me get my $19.95 back. I called my banking institution and they cannot do anything to help me until it shows up on my account. I am just trying to cover all my resources. The Attorney General is next tomorrow. I would appreciate any help and guidance to get my $19.95 back.

    I paid a subscription and requested that my name be removed from this company's data bank as it is fill with errors. I requested this four times on which I received absolutely zero response. I them called customer service and continuously spoken over and hung up on. I called again in which customer service, of course out of *******, mocked me when he told he was on violation of **************** law since I currently live there. He told me he wasn't doing anything and to "deal with" it. I then sent a detailed complaint and received an outrageously simpleton response. My information remains in their system under ***************** ************************* listed in **********, **. I am a victim of identity theft and stalking in which this company has exposed me to continued domestic harassment.

     When you request to remove your own data the website demands proof of identity but no where does it reference how this identification will be destroyed.

    7/27/2022 I did a person search on People whiz. They stated there were numerous criminal history hits on this person. I purchased a time, one month unlimited searches report. There wasn't any criminal reports on this person. It stated I needed to pay for premium report for more info. This is totally misrepresentation of services and information found. I want a refund.

    Peoplewhiz sent me an email around April 18 stating someone was looking into my background. So I went on their site and basically paid ***** just to see a list of old addresses of mine and some relatives names.( some were incorrect). Then they told me for an additional amount of money I could find out more , I decided at that point I had made a mistake and just signed out of the site. I had no idea or knowledge of the fact that they would then start charging my credit card every month *****. I have tried to contact them via phone with no help. I have reached out to my credit card company , they are doing an investigation ,trying to get a refund for the 3 months I was charged without knowledge and they are going to stop any further charges . This company is a total scam.

I CALLED THE *** AND ASKED WHY DOES MY NAME APPEAR WHEN I HAVE NOT EVEN BEEN IN ******* EXCEPT TO VISIT FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I WAS TOLD TO CONTACT BBB AND SO THAT IS WHAT I AM DOING NOW. I HAVE NOT DRIVEN IN *** SINCE ****. I HAVE NOT SIGNED A RENTAL CONTRACT IN *** SINCE **** FOR JUST 1 MONTH. BECAUSE MY ONLY SOURCE OF INCOME IS THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT, I CAN'T UNDRSTAND WHERE PEOPLEWHIZ.COM GOT THEIR NEGATIVE INFORMATION FROM. THE *** SPECIAL AGENT TOLD ME IT COULD BE A CASE WHERE MY INDENTITY WAS STOLEN BY PEOPLE WHO WANT TO COMMITT CRIMES. PLEASE INVESTIGATE.
