    I purchased. A Safe step walk in bath tub and was excited for what I was told to be expecting! Not that at all very dissatisfied in all that salesmans AMPED it up to be. Im very displeased with the purchase the tub take way to much time to fill and didnt fill full with out running Hhot enter yo continue to complete in order to have a nice jet bath. Everything from the get off is a turnoff. Then I was unable to get the drain to work properly and fhe dials make it easy to hit easy another to make shower go on get hair wet You dont want to when not needed. Very bad design. Im not please to be spending ****** dollars on something I was mislead about.

    I am very pleased with the end result. I had safe step tub remove a walk-in tub and replace it with a stand up shower with doors. There were a few bumps in the road but they are receptive to your complaints. I had to have a crew come back and do some work but they did it perfectly. I would recommend this company and suggest you be your own advocate. Find one person to deal with and have their direct telephone number.

    Great product and excellent service! Have had dedicated installers who know their job with years of experience! Even received tips from Serg today how to clean my rain shower head and adjust the jets! They are quick to respond and I give Safe Step my highest recommendation!

    We are happy with our new Safe Step. We were worried about slipping and falling. The salesperson was very informative and was able to answer all of our questions. The installing team was very efficient working together. The installation took only one day and we felt that they really knew what they were doing. They had to take our door frame down and everything was put back together. The whole process went very smoothly for us. Thank you Safe Step.

    We love our tub and shower! Works as it's supposed to. So far no issues and I trust, should any arise, they'll be taken care of. Of course, it's too expensive. Don't care. Install was stellar. Team was knowledgeable and friendly. Even good follow-up. Seems like a terrific company.

    My wife and I had a problem with our ********* shower wand. ***** sent out a technician named ***************** was extremely professional, friendly and courteous. He went through the tub with a fine-tooth comb; found a few other items that needed attention and took care of them as well as the shower wand. He is an excellent technician, very skilled and precise in his work skills. If you ever have a problem with your Safe Step tub, call these folks, they have a guy named ************ and others. They all have the ability to fix the problems professionally and make you happy. If they gave out 10 Stars these folks would get them from me all day long..... Outstanding!

    My wife suffers from arthritis in her back, wrist and feet. As such, it was difficult for her to get into our normal bath tub. So a walk in was on our radar for therapeutic reasons. We started considering a walk-in a few weeks ago and did some online home work. We narrowed down our search to three companies. Safe Step was the second company that visited and made a presentation. *********************** was extremely thorough, both covering all the features of ************* and also all of our questions. As a result of his presentation, we did something that we don't normally do - -we decided to purchase without even sitting for the third company to present and estimate. Following committing to the purchase, our installation was scheduled for one week later. This turnaround was possible by having an inventory locally. Communication with ************* office concerning financing and installation was exceptional. And the price was lower than the other well known estimate we received.The installation three man team headed up by ***** arrived on time and went right to work removing the old tub and preparing the area for the new walk in. Quite frankly, we were surprised when ***** invited us in to patiently show us all of the features as he was testing them. They then finalized some trim work and cleaned up the bathroom area. All done in just four and half hours.I hardily recommend Safe Step to anyone considering a walk in tub - a thoroughly professional organization from start to finish. They earned our five star rating. We look forward to enjoying the tub for many years.

    We love our tub! The installation went smoothly with no problems. The crew was efficient and cleaned up the area as they worked. We love the convenience and safety of the tub, the air and water jets, the micro bubbles, the lights, the ability to listen to music thru the tub speakers. It is wonderful and so soothing. Had a minor issue with the drain stopper not staying openit only needed ****************** which they completed right away. All in all we are so happy we did this. Love our Safe Step tub! It is like a spa.

    FABULOUS customer service! I called regarding a problem with our tubs air bubbles. I called after hours and received a call back the very next day! A tech, ****** came out in 2 days, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and even corrected another problem he observed. He was GREAT!!! The user of the tub, my 90 year old mom called me to tell me how wonderful it was to have the bubbles back to soothe her arthritis pain?? Thank you Safe Step. ??
