    SafeStep was simply superb in every sense of the word during all phases of the transaction. For starters, their sales representative was as knowledgeable as he was courteous. He gave us an excellent presentation and satisfactorily answered all our questions.The installation team, composed of two outstanding technicians, arrived on time and started by going over the schedule. When Day 1 was over, the old shower area was a very clean, empty space surrounded by 3 walls that are down to the framing state. Day 2 started early and by noon, the pre-fabricated shower enclosure was installed. The senior team member then asked to meet to go over the organization of the shower components relative to the base water spray system. The team displayed tremendous flexibility in listening to our requests and trying as much as possible to accommodate them without adversely affecting the performance of the shower. They generously accepted our sometimes eccentric requests and satisfied them to the fullest extent possible. When the installation was complete, the team gave us a quick demonstration of the functionality of the shower, which was extremely impressive. Everything about the shower itself and its installation were perfect. It presents 9 nozzles housed together in a strip. These nozzles overwhelm you with high pressure sprays that can hit every part of your body. The main shower head is very generous with its rain waterfall, which can be redirected to a hand-held one that can be garaged in two different locations, either to the right of the nozzle strip or to the left of the 12x12 recess provided for parking shampoo, conditioner. etc.In summary, all during the project SafeStep was very professional in addressing and rapidly resolving, to our satisfaction, any issues that came up. Installing this SafeStep shower has got to be one of the best decisions we ever made.

    Both sales rep ****** *********** (*****) were professional & knowledgeable. My installation was difficult due to exciting shutters needing sufficient clearance to open. ***** listened to my expectations & started working. He was able to leave part of the exciting structure from the soaking tub giving me a decorative shelf/ledge on either side of the tub. Most of all he configured the installation so I would have sufficient clearance to open/close existing shutters, also ***************** shutters don't open completely but there is enough clearance for my needs, he also did a little tile work in front of tub that worked will with existing floor. If it was possible, I would give installer 10 stars, he worked hard without any supervision. As I verbally told his supervisor they have a gem of an installer as an employee.
