    I love my tub!! I practically live in it. After being diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis and fibromialgia along with having neck surgery and 2 shoulder surgeries I was living in a world of hurt! This tub has been a Godsend since I am unable to get in and out of a regular tub this safestep walk in tub is such a huge blessing. After I sit in the *************** and all of its soothing jets for 1 to 2 hours I get out feeling like a new person. I love sitting and relaxing with all of the colored lights changing around me. It's a very calming effect. I've had a few issues over the years and needed some repairs to my tub and **** is always friendly and professional when I need to schedule repairs. What I love most about my tub is the lifetime warranty. That gives me peace of mind and that's priceless. I would definitely recommend this tub to anyone who is suffering from pain or just wants to enjoy a elegant and relaxing bath. Thank you safestep!!

    We had a wonderful experience with Safe Step! The customer service is outstanding! Safety Specialist, *************************, presented ** with the Safe Step walk-in tub proposal after his detailed and informative presentation. We chose the large **** Microsoothe Walk-In Tub because of its many features including the Microsoothe jet system for therapy. It was installed in one day by very professional workers who explained and demonstrated thoroughly the walk-in tub features upon install completion. My dad has Multiple Sclerosis, and the hydrotherapy water jets relieve his muscle spasms and cramping, enabling him to feel more relaxed and rejuvenated. We are very happy with the beautiful walk-in tub and enjoy its pleasurable features regularly! We are also happy to support a U.S. based company. Thank you, Safe Step and team!! ??

    From start to finish. Safe step did an excellent job and remodeling my old tub shower to the beautiful enclosed shower in my master bath. They tarped my floors for protection. Tore out existing tub and shower, reinforced walls and floors then installed my new shower enclosure with safety grip bars and a chair for safety. All refuse was removed and hauled away, in the span of 1 1/2 days my job was completed, and there was no mess at all left behind. I am elated with my new shower and it works great, from sale to funding all done with one person and there were no problems at all. Thank you safe step you have made my life much easier with my brew step in shower.

    For once a very straight forward process. Everything went smoothly on the install, and I truly enjoy using the tub on a daily basis. I had a few small issues which were addressed immediately as promised. It is refreshing in this day and age to deal with an organization that delivers as promised all in a one day install. I love this tub!

    A great experience! Our salesman, Cameron L*****, was upfront about everything and never tried to get us interested in something other than the tub-to-shower conversion we wanted. Our installers, Garrett and Dre were quick & efficient. Garrett built an absolutely beautiful area around our existing window. They left the bathroom cleaner than when they arrived! We’d do it again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone who feels unsafe in their shower or simply needs an amazing shower experience. We love it.

    The young men who did our installation were very polite, professional and considerate of us. They installed the shower, gave excellent customer service and kept us informed as they progressed through every step of the process. When we discovered an issue, they explained and we discussed our options and we are very satisfied with the existing product. We especially appreciate ******* fixing the issue he discovered in our water system. Thank you for the team you sent to our home.

    Installing my safe step tub was a wonderful experience. They handled all the permits and condo association requirements. They were in and out in two days and the results look wonderful and are exactly what I needed for safe showering.
