    Everyone from the sales people to the installer were very easy to talk to. They could improvise on my unusual install and made my tub look very nice, just like it belonged there. They addressed all my issues in a timely manner and with a lifetime warranty, I have no worries in the future.

    It's a wonderful addition to our bathroom. I love being able to soak & relax in the warm water & get a massage too. Everyone was so professional and courteous.

    Wow!!! What a presence!!! This walk in tub is so beautifully crafted, seamlessly built and put together...it just shines!!! My son and I had a representative come out to give an estimate only, was our thinking. Our rep was very thorough with pictures, functions and videos of the product, how it worked, answered all of our questions even the crazy. We were so impressed but even with all of our skepticism put aside I never thought owning it would be my end result. Needless to say, we decided to see it to the end, and the end result is this stunning, incredible piece of artwork in our home that we get to use and admire everyday! These exceptional installers began on a Monday with the removal and takeout of the old shower, glass doors and all that was to be removed and prepped the area for the new install of this masterpiece! Wow, I thought, how will that fit into this space it looked massive. They are miracle workers to me, if I can put it that way. So efficient, quiet, professional, spotless in they way they worked with such precision and cleanup after each days work. I was and am still very impressed how it all worked so effortless. Each day I walk into the bathroom, soon as I open the door...Wow, what a presence... it's spiritual to me because I am so grateful I was given this awesome gift not just to assist in health challenges but beyond those for our family for lifetimes (generations) to come, as it will be enjoyed by my grandchildren and on. I truly am so grateful, thankful, blessed.

    We pruchased our Safe Step tub in 2012. We have enjoyed it emensely for 11 years. Recently we had tech *** out fo a tune up. He was awesome. He took 2 hours to replace valves door handles reconnected a disconnected air tub and even re did the caulking around the tub. He would not stop until everything worked perfectly and the tub looked and operated like the day we bought it. I figured with the labor and all the parts the cost would be 5 to 8 hundred dollars.Nope just 100 dollars. NOt that's a warranty and quality product well worth the investment. They really stand behind their product. You just don't see this these days. Buy a Safe Step you will not be dusappointed.

    The product is great. Just had it installed and my mother loves it. Wife and I want to try. The install team was quick and very professional. They answered all questions along the way. **** our sales representative was also very informative. This is a great tub!

    Our experience with Safe Step personnel from first meeting to tub placement was great. They were great in communicating with us each step of the process. The men who put the tub in worked hard in a small area and made it all work with wonderful smiles. Everyone was so nice, they worked each day like they said they would until done. Great experience with this company. Very happy with the ability to call one number in the states for answering questions.

    The people are great and the service is great. They helped us decide where to place grab bars so we felt safe and secure. They were neat and clean in the work area. Very polite and helpful. My husband fell and broke his hip he now feels safe and can take a shower on his own. The first time he used the shower he said it felt like someone gave him a thousand dollars. Thank you Safe Step
