    I purchased a treatment as a special price and shortly after my purchase they closed down the office, they do not answer or return calls, nor emails.They have yet to refund me or answer me altogether.$399 and no treatment

    I started financing $1,898.00 with The Image Center back in February 2022. First, I was lied to in order to get me to agree and book services. Once the agreement was processed, they tell me I cannot receive treatments until I am no longer breastfeeding. If I had known that I would have waited to book at a later time, but they wanted to secure the sale. Once the business was shut down in June, I reached out and they told me to send confirmation of my payments to their refund team in order to get a refund. I also contacted the finance company, Cherry, and they advised they were aware of the situation and said they had a third party handling the refunds to confirm I had not received any services in order to get a full refund. I called the business number on numerous occasions due to no follow-up, but was unable to get a hold of anyone or leave a voicemail. Months later, they responded to one of my e-mails and they told me to take advantage of my extension or else I will lose my money on December 31, 2022 because they will not be refunding me, despite their abrupt business closure and mind you I am still breastfeeding. This is by far the most unprofessional ultimatum and my trust for this business is broken, I do not feel comfortable receiving treatment from this business. I would like my refund like I was promised from them directly.

    I applied for a refund when several of these offices closed. They have not followed up with me until I reached out via phone, gave me the run around of not being able to refund me my unused credit anymore and are forcing me to use their services which I was very unsatisfied with as they left me permanatet bruised or forfeit my credit which I am still paying for.

    I prepaid $198.00 for services at The Image Center on January 15, 2022 to be used in the future. When I learned The Image Center (aka *************************** Plastic Surgery Center) abruptly closed, I immediately requested a refund. On June 17, 2022 I emailed the crisis manager of the Image Center, *********************, requesting my refund and I attached a copy of my receipt. She directed me to the refund team, stating I would be given a refund in 30 days. Her email also stated they are working diligently on processing all patients' refund requests. I emailed the refund team (communications@elitemedlistings) and requested my refund, uploaded my receipt, they responded on June 30, 2022 stating I would be getting my refund within ***** days. I waited 40 days and reached out to the refund team, asking where my refund was. They replied in an email stating they will not be refunding anyone and that they will only honor my prepaid service. This is unacceptable business practice. You cannot lie to patients. This is a reason to not trust this business and definitely not trust them providing medical/cosmetic procedures on myself. The fact that they shut down abruptly, was not answering phone calls, promised refunds and then 40 days later state they will not be refunding anyone is absolutely unacceptable for a professional establishment. The trust is broken an I do not feel comfortable accepting services from this business and want a full refund, as was promised to me.

    Back In late 2021 i purchased a lip filler syringe.. well on the day of my appt at checkout I was told they have a deal to prepay a service for a lower price than purchased. I prepaid my service of $299.00 on November 20, 2021. I later then made my follow up appt for July 9, ****************************************************************************************************** the dark. We were told mid June to email them with our information, which I did to with no surprise, no response. I am just simply trying to get my original refund and have nothing to do with them.

    I *********************************** have been a paying customer of the ********************** ****** location address ******************************************************************** that is ran by ************************* aka *********************** sole medical director for all The Image Centers with locations **************** ** and ****** **. On 4/14/2022 I had pre-paid a service in the amount of $320 in advance as the center was having a promotion. I attempted to redeem my prepaid service and had been calling the clinic, texting and also went in person to find out why the facility was not responding to my multiple attempts since the month of June. After doing research online via Yelp and also Instagram handle ************ the facilities are all closed. He claims that he the website and also his instagram handles have been taken over the entities however none of the actual facilities are not open. I attempted to file a claim with my bank but because of Reg E (60 days from the day of purchase) my bank is stating that I dont qualify to make my claim whole and I am now out of $320 which were prepaid for a service that I have never received. As a medical doctor his license should be revoked for defrauding multiple people. y claim is with **** of America #************. Hoping you can assist me in resolving this matter and getting my money back. Thank you.

    November 2021 I prepaid 299 dollars for a lip filler service i had an appointment in July 15,2022 to get my lips done but then the office abruptly closed and never notified me. They said they would start my refund but now I am unable to get ahold of them. They are not answering the phone or emails. They completely scammed me.

    I had prepaid for a service last year august 24 2021 in which the service was valid for a year. I made a payment of 299. **** recently posted on their instagram profile that they are shutting down due to a lawsuit between CEO and DR. **** said they were working to get everyone their refund and to email them directly to get that resolved. I emailed them on June 4th and spoke with **** CEO they asked me for proof of purchase with date name etc. I provided everything that was asked and was told I would get a confirmation once it was processed and approved to be refunded into my account. I have yet to hear back from anyone no confirmation has been sent I have been waiting patiently with no follow up. Ive called them directly with no luck and tried reaching out once again since there are other customers going through the similar issue. Ive tried to contact my bank directly but they can not help me either due to my purchase exceeding the time frame they are allowed for a dispute. All I would like is to get my money refunded for a service I will no longer be able to receive. I have attached proof of conversation and emails sent as well as proof of purchase. Note: I believe only their Irvine location is up and running but even they have not answered phone calls.

    I pre paid for services not rendered. Without notice, the Doctor decided to shut down several of his office locations. Through social media his patients were notified to try to get a refund by texting or calling the doctor or contacting his Irvine location. I contacted ************************* of the Image Center via attempted phone call, text message and email. I also contacted ********** office and filled out a refund request form. On 10/15/2021 I pre-purchased $238. worth of botox and on 10/23/2021 I pre-purchased another $198. worth of botox. I want a refund. The product was not received and ************** unexplained shut down almost all of his office locations. I have not received any other response from him or his office staff.

    I had an appointment scheduled in ***** ****** cancelled it due to a CLOSURE. I reached out to the office for a refund...they said that I have to contact my bank. I contacted the bank and they suggested that they cannot refund my payment and that I have to ************** directly. I cannot get a hold of anyone. And they are not willing to refund back money I prepaid and have not used.
