    I prepaid for beauty services with care credit and the business has closed their office indefinitely without calling me or giving me an explanation. I have emailed the image center and the Doctor directly and have not received a response. They abruptly closed the office. I would like a refund and I emailed them stating that. I prepaid $1,117.00 for services and Im now stuck with a **** and cannot get an appointment because the office has closed. I will be providing proof that I emailed them.

    I recently purchased fillers and Botox at The Image Center holiday special. Today June 8th the company said they are temporary closed down. I never received my service. Their policy states that I can have a refund with in 14 days. I made my purchase in May 29. I would like a refund.

    The Image Center advertised for prepaid services and has unexpectedly shut down two times within the last 2 months and unable to accommodate any appointment to redeem the service. Two of my appointment have been cancelled without explanation. No response from the business has been given when reaching out via email or social media.
