    I paid for a service on 01/19/22. It was ****** dollars. My appoint to use this paid service was July 28th 2022. I saw that the business has closed down and now I cant go in to use my service I already paid for. I would just like a refund for the ****** dollars I paid for.

    I have pre paid for a service because thats the only way you can make an appointment and they shut down with no notice and wont refund the money for the service that was never used

    Pre-Paid the business on 5/24/2022 $399 for a service that the staff assured me I would have one year to use. Now in the last couple of days the business announced they were temporarily shutting down on their Instagram page. They have continued to post updates and asked that people reach out via email to request a refund for any prepaid services. I have reached out multiple times via email, someone responded back to me on the evening of June 9, 2022 asking for my payment details. I have not heard anything back since and have now seen an update on their Instagram today that they are unable to process anymore refunds because they have been locked out of the system and to contact *************************. I have sent an email to his email address but still have not heard anything back in regards to my refund.

    This company has been advertising discounted sales for Botox, plastic surgeries, and other med spa treatments that you must pre-pay to get these prices. After paying, they allow you to make an appointment and confirm with you, however the day before your appointment they cancel on you after already taking your money and say they "have to close their doors for a few weeks". I tried to have a conversation and understand why& if I can reschedule but they would not answer my questions, so I asked for a refund.. If you read their Yelp reviews, this has happened multiple times to multiple people over the course of the last year. They shut there doors & don't answer calls to avoid the consequences and do not communicate with you on when you can reschedule again, or when you will get a refund. I called back after waiting on hold for over 30 mins, she said she would send me the link for a refund, but they never sent me the link... I finally had to dispute it with my bank because whatever they're doing there just doesn't seem right or legal. I then went to see if anyone had the same issues in the last couple days and there were multiple reviews left with the same issues... there were multiple people saying they would report to the BBB so I'm hoping this catches the BBB's attention, because this is just not right as a business. It's not about the money for me personally, it's about the principal and unethical business model. Please review their Yelp page for more answers and insight on what is happening there.. thank you!

    June 1st 2022 I bought services for a Memorial Day sale at the image center medical spa a filler service of $299 and a neurotoxin service of $120 for future use but as of June 8th this medical spa has shut down without notice and I asked for a refund and tried to contact them but have not been able to get ahold of them and I just want my money back.

    I pre paid for neurotoxins (Botox) on April 15,2022 and called to schedule an appointment and was unsuccessful getting in touch with the business or being able to leave a voicemail. Then when i went on Instagram and they posted that they are closed and to please email them. The business was still continuing to sell services even after their closure date of 6/6/2022. I never received the service and had paid for it in the amount of $280.00 on a **** credit card. Thousands of people are having the same issue. I submitted a claim for a refund on my credit card as well.

    I always debated wether or not to purchase something from the Image Center and as soon as I did they started showing unreliability. They would post that their website was down because they were overbooking and now they are temporarily shut down and offer no explanation or solution. I have pre paid online and want a refund. I have spent so much money on this trip to LA from my hotel to my flight confirmation only for it to be unreliable and cancelled with no explanation.

    I financed $3000 for them through Cherry. I only had two services done and pre purchased another. I still have unused credit with them. The last few months they have been rescheduling my appts. Now apparently their offices have been shut down by the owner/ CEO Dr. ***** Newer and he is nowhere to be found. He let go of all employees suddenly overnight with no explanation. Also theres a lawsuit going in with a a previous employee ************* and comments that possibly thi is the reason for the shutdown. Regardless I dont think I should still have to pay to the financing company when I havent even received all services from The Image Center. I would like a refund in return to pay Cherry the financing company or have my balance with them disputed and get back what I have been paying monthly since I have actually only received 2 services from them.

    This company had a sale going on and had so many products purchased. I personally spent near $720.00 and had an appointment made just to get a call saying it was cancelled for construction for three weeks the day before my appointment. Every single location is closed suddenly and all their clients are asking for refunds and the owner is not responding to anyone or anything. Employees have said that he furloughed them over night and is taking all the money he made off the sale. I cannot believe how unprofessional this company is and they are now stealing money from clients/purchasers. I am so afraid that my money will be gone due to the owner keeping it all and not refunding buyers. We have been told to email him directly which is so absurd and unprofessional. He also isnt answering to anyone. I purchased two separate orders for myself and my sister.

    I had prepaid services from the image center , and out of no where all locations get shut down, they refuse to refund me and many other people who prepaid services. They are also no giving any explanations on why they shut down.
