      Watch when buying a beer dinner ********* a classic case of bait and switch, the bartender told me if I purchased the beer dinner ticket while at the bar it would be buy one get one free. I gave the bartender my phone and credit card and started the transaction. The first transaction for ***** failed on my **** card. So she took my phone and went to another employee to ask how to process. After three tries the charge went through. I assumed the charge was for ***** like the original first transaction charge. I was given no receipt for the transaction. When I got home and looked at the confirmation the charge was for ******. I have tried to get a refund from the store manager 5 time this week with no success. By the way, the food on Saturday was mediocre at best.

      A piece of glass in the BJs pizza Yesterday (Monday September 9th, 2024) I placed a to go order lunch at BJs restaurant in ****** (*******************. ***************). The order # is ********.I picked up the pizza about 12:50pm from the restaurant. Got home, my son told me that there is something in the pizza after he toke the first bite. He spit it out. It is a piece of glass (triangle, about 1/4 inch for each side)!I called the store manager (who told me he is *****) right away (1:11 pm) and filed the complaint. He told me that he will do investigation and will also make another pizza for me. I returned the first pizza (which had only one bite on one piece) and the piece of glass to ****.I promised me that they will check out what happened. He also told me that they will refund my payment for the first pizza (to the gift card I used to pay for the pizza). He also gave me a $50 gift card as compensate. I did express my concern since this is really a safety ***********, when I checked my gift card to see if they refund me no, they did NOT refund me!I called again and they told me that they will send a ecard as refund. We shall see.

      Hasta la vista BJ'S! I am canceling my rewards membership. The quality of the food, service, and cleanliness of BJ'S restaurants is atrocious! The moment you walk into the restaurant you can immediately detect an obnoxious odor of foulness. One should be smelling good and delicious being cooked, but all you smell is a foul stench. The quality of the food has definitely gone down, it's so tasteless and blah! They don't even cook nor serve their deep dish pizza in a deep dish pan. Isn't that false advertisement? And the service? I asked my server for chili powder and parmesan cheese for my pizza. She returned with take out packets of chili and cheese and said she couldn't find one glass shaker of chili and cheese in the restaurant.

      I called TWICE to speak to a manager. The first time it went into ever ending hold.The second time Another managerCame on the phone. *****. Was indirect, and flippant, patronizing, and dismissive/.. he refused to connect me to the manager I was contacting l.

      I had attempted to order a gift card through the company website for a friend as a gift. I was charge 3 times and never got the gift card. When I call the customer service I was told they didnt take my money and they had no record of my attempt to get the card. I was told they hadnt tried to take the money from me even though the money was missing from my account. I was able to call my bank and get the transaction canceled but the customer service was useless!!!! Tried stealing my money. SMDH.

      I purchased a giftcard today, with the promotion of, buy $100.00 giftcard and receive $20.00 bonus card. The website for BJ's and the restaurant had advertised the promotion. I purchased the giftcard and no bonus card was sent. I asked the waitress and after speaking with her manager she said, sorry that expired, we should have taken all the signs down. But the website promoted the deal also. I sent a complaint to **'s online and eas told it expired January 2nd at 2am. I purchased it at 11am so I now have a $100 dollar gift card no bonus card and no "apology for the inconvenience" this is the holidays, do not advertise a deal and expired it in the restaurant and online but after say it expired at 2am. Wrongful advertising. I wish I could attach the image from the website. It never stared it had expired on 1/2/2024, only stated the usable date for the bonus card.

      Ive had food delivered from BJs before with no issues. But something is going wrong there; my food was delivered and someone had been eating it!!! There were two pieces missing and it looked like someone had messed with the food. My son opened his chicken sandwich and a fly came out of the container!!! We couldnt eat that food!! We need people to start holding these restaurants accountable for the food there preparing for the masses!! They dont care and theyre putting our health at risk.!!

      ***** and I went to BJs on Aug. 19, 2023 @ approx 8:30 pm. Service and food was horrible!!! Salmon looked like a brick, rice was starchy, hard and cold, veggies was wilted from the microwave. Server ******, kept telling us what NOT to order, because SHE felt it was nasty. Long wait times for this crappy food. Watched the manager go to the back and attempt to re-do our food. Never saw him wash his hands. I was over it and over that establishment! BJs has really gone downhill. #Palmdalelocation462

      My family and I made the mistake of ordering takeout from the Warwick, ** location last week. We added cheese to our sandwiches, which we paid extra for and they forgot to add it. All of our food was ice cold and it wasnt because we didnt pick it up on time because we sat in the parking lot for a while before they brought it out. When we called the ********************* said he would credit the entire bill and apologized. But we never received a credit. We called back 4-5 days later and spoke to another manager named ***** and he told us he would take care of it. Now 10 days later we never got credited. Needless to say we wont be back and will tell anyone not to go here. We used to love Bjs Brewhouse but theyve gone way downhill lately.
