      We used the phone App to order online food. After a while the app said food was ready. We enter the restaurant and find our name in the "Preparing food" list.??????? What is wrong with this app?About 10 minutes later my name is moved to "order ready" column. Great! We wait another 15 minutes before someone packages our order. Really??? What's the point of having an app or a board when both are wrong? Seems BJ's really doesn't understand customer convenience. Now, I ordered the soup and salad along with other items. The caesar salad had 3 butts of romaine stalks in my small salad! What are the chances of that? Obviously those prep people aren't trained on removing the butts before adding all the romaine together. This is not the first time this has happened. We've sat down and had it happen so I know it's just part of their procedures.

      Had great service and courteous interactions with wait staff, particularly *** and ****. Love the lively atmosphere. My roommate and I are in our 80s but are delighted with BJs and will definitely be going back to our local restaurant. As for our food choices they have been exceptional, prime rib yummy. Yay!!

      We always go to BJ Brewhouse but the food has went down tremendously and the service. It was Mothers Day and they had no glasses so they brought ** big unstable recycled to go cups with black dots all inside the cup. Then they gave ** plastic silverware. And dont order the dessert because that was not presented well either. They need to replace the whole kitchen staff because it was horrible. I will not be going back no time soon.

      Thank you, ******* for your wonderful service at the ******************* location! We watched you as a hostess, waitress, and be a team player all the while anticipating refills and going above and beyond for your customers with a great personality! All that was ordered was very good and timely! ******* is truly an asset to BJ's Brewhouse and it doesn't go unnoticed!

      Terrible service !!! Waited 20 min and never saw one wait staff when first seated without menus as well. Asked a bus boy to find someone to wait on us. Waited another 5 min for someone to show up and just fling menus at us without even saying hello. Dont visit this establishment on *************************** in ****** unless you want lousy service !!!

      On August 31, 2022 I had tried to make a reservation and they told me that they didnt do over the phone reservation. Once I got there I told them I wanted to make a reservation for 14 people they made rude face expressions with one another and they told be it was going to be a 2 hour wait l, after waiting 1 hour I went back up to see how much longer of a wait it was going to be they added 1 hour and 30 minutes more and they kept making snarky side comments and they were just being rude and disrespectful they just didnt want to take our party from the beginning and they still made us wait knowing that we were never going to be seated. I would never go back that place again

      I had dinner at BJs Restaurant located in ******* *****. I ordered two full racks of ribs. The plate was cold and so were the ribs. I would like a refund for the ribs
