I purchased a replacement mat from this company for $229.73. It began to crack and fall apart after only a few months. I tried emailing and calling the company multiple times since they advertise a 1.5 year warranty. The phone number that is listed is currently not working. Purchased a replacement trampoline pad on October 14th 2023 for $229.73. Still haven't received it now its January 15th. I got one email response from customer service on November 3rd saying it was delayed. I have emailed and tried to call(phone numbers listed no longer work) but no response. We made an order on October 14th, 2023 for $167.32 for a new trampoline mat and springs. The order was supposed to be shipped within 4-6 Business days. I emailed on oct. 24 when the order had not been received and received an email back saying they had an internal processing issue and would correct it. Since then, I've tried multiple times to contact the company including more emails and leaving voicemails on the phone number that they provide, but never seems to be answered.The email chain attached shows the last communication I've received from the company and an email I sent on oct. 29.I also sent this email on Nov 25 and have called and left 2 messages since then with no response.************************* <*******************>Sat, Nov 25, 9:22?AM to TrampolineAndMore I need to know what's happening with my order?!It's been more than a month and a half and I haven't gotten it. On August 4, 2023 I purchased a trampoline pad online from TrampolineandMore.com. When I did not receive the order I emailed TrampolineandMore on the following dates: 9/24/23, 10/9/23, 11/4/23, 11/9/23 and 12/8/23. These emails were followed up with phone calls which was never answered so I had to leave voice messages each time. None of the above noted emails or phone calls have been returned. I have not received my trampoline pad. The resolution I'm seeking is delivery of the trampoline pad or a refund.Initial Complaint

On October 23 2023 I ordered a trampoline net for $77.73 with shipping guaranteed to be within 4-6 days. My order number, 161-295194, is still showing as processing. I have emailed the company's customer service department three time and called and left VM on their customer service line three time with no response. My bank has already processed the payment and they do not answer their phones or return email inquiries.Initial Complaint

I ordered a replacement pad for my trampoline on June 3, 2023 and $289.73 was taken from my account. On several places on their website, it states you will receive your product in 4-6 business days. I needed this mat by June 17 for a gym party that was being hosted at my house. As days went by, I never received shipping notification or any other updates. I emailed three times with no responses every few days, I have tried to do the online chat option but that is not available at this time, and Ive called the customer service number multiple times and the recording states phone lines are unavailable. There is absolutely no way to reach out to this company. Due to this and other reviews Im now ready on this site, I fear Ive been scammed. I am requesting cancelation of this order and a full refund of $289.73.Initial Complaint

I ordered a replacement trampoline **** on June 29, 2022 for $179.95 - Order #***-289060 but it never arrived. We waited and waited. I emailed the company and called but I was told it was back ordered so I remained patient. It has almost been a year so my husband decided to purchased a different trampoline from another company. We placed an order and received our product. The product does not fit what we need and we need to return the product for a refund. My husband and I have both called and emailed multiple times and we can not get a response from anyone what so ever. It now looks like we will be stuck with a product we can't use and wasted money. It feels quite literally like they took our money and ran. This is no way to do business. Your customers should be able to follow up with you, otherwise how do you get repeat business. July 9, 2022, I purchase a replacement net and spring mat for $120.65 for my trampoline from trampoline and more. It was delivered as expected, however, the day before it arrived, our trampoline was destroyed in a storm. Needless to say, I no longer needed this product. After reaching out to the company they had me purchase a return sticker from them for $19.80 and I returned the product via **** I received confirmation that the return was received by them and that was the last I ever had contact. Countless emails and phone calls were ignored. I reported them to ******** ************************** and letters from them were also ignored. I ORDERED A MAT IN OCTOBER THEY SENT ME THE WRONG MAT AND TOLD ME THEY WOULD SEND THE CORRECT MAT. I WAITED A COUPLE WEEKS FOR A SHIPPING CONFIRMATION, THEY TOLD ME IT SHIPPED AND THEY WOULD GIVE ME ONE. I MESSAGED THEM AGAIN AND THEY SAID IT WAS OUT OF STOCK AND THEY WOULD SHIP THE CORRECT ONE 2/23/23. I WAITED UNTIL MARCH OF '23 AND I HAVE EMAILED THEM NUMEROUS TIMES AND I HAVE TRIED CALLING NUMEROUS TIMES AND I CANNOT GET A RESPONSE OR THEM TO ANSWER THE ****** I AM NOW STUCK WITH A MAT THAT IS WAY TO BIG AND NOT THE CORRECT ONE AND I AM OUT OF MY MONEY. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. EVEN WHEN THEY DID RESPOND IN OCTOBER IT WOULD TAKE 1 WEEK TO GET A RESPONSE.
