    I ordered trampoline mat from this company in May of 2022. They sent me a mat but it was the wrong size and not what I ordered. I contacted them and ***** told me they could make me one but I would have to wait until July 20th to get it. I had ordered from them 8 years ago and so I trusted them. I sent the first one back and was in touch with them about the one that they were making for me. I contacted ***** on the 20th of July by email and he told me the mat had shipped but would be delayed at the port, I could expect it by the end of the month. I never received it. I have contacted them so many times by email, online chat and telephone. At first they just said they would call me back or have ******************* me. Now they hang up on me when they find out it is me and won't return any calls or emails. I just want them to either refund my money or send me my mat. And I also don't want them to be able to scam other people.

    I ordered a trampoline after ordering was told it was back ordered. before ordering we Gave representative correct measurements for trampoline mat needed. when I receive the mat it is larger than the demension that I orders it's clearly to big and not correct. I reach out to customers service and they want me to pay shipping for a return when it's there own fault the mat was bigger than what I ordered.

    On 06/20/2022, I place an order with Trampoline and more for a 14 foot Super Supreme Trampoline pad and and a 100 springs mat. The total cost was $189.30. I received confirmation of the order and an a order number #***-288781 on 06/20/22. They said the order should be delivered within 6-8 days. I have sent emails to three different email addresses and have never received a reply. I have called the phone number several times, it is automated and says to wait while it connects you with someone and then drops the call. I had someone call me once about the order, but they weren't much help and I told him that I would like my money refunded and he said that he would work on it. Havn't heard from him since. I called his number back once, but all I got was his answering service, I left a message, never heard back from him. *** sent me an email on 06/27/2022 saying they had received the information about the shipment and sent a tracking number. But when I used the tracking number nothing came up and I called *** and they said they had never received the package to be shipped. I would like to resolve this issue, by getting my money back.
