Accidentally called these lovely folks and they attempted to charge me $150 for a simple adjustment to my flight that should have been free if I had called ****** Airlines. I Googled Alaska airline and their phone number was the first hit on the search so I thought I was talking to ****** airlines for 50 minutes!! When I asked if they were ****** they lied and said they were. Bad misleading practices.

If I could give zero stars I would, this company is a scam. Was calling Funjet number and somehow was intercepted and call went to Infinity Travel. Had an issue with spelling of passenger name by 1 letter and Infinity Travel claimed JetBlue was charging $501 to rebook due to being less than 24 hours. JetBlue does not charge for name change so Infinity pocketed $501 for hijacking my travel plansInfinity Travels

HUGE SCAM!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE!!! I thought I was on the phone with Air Canada trying to reserve my seats for a flight but somehow was speaking to some scam website called Infinity Travel. I thought I called Air ****** to see if I could get a better rate than the $73.00 web price and when I was talking to an agent he said the price would actually be $250.00, when I questioned this and said I was going to go ahead and book online he warned me that my plane tickets would be cancelled. Starting to wonder at this point what was going on, I went ahead and booked my seats online and sure enough he cancelled my plane tickets and now I am out $1700.00. It has been a big ordeal trying to figure this out with Air ****** and my credit card company. It's a sham how people can get away with these and s**** with peoples lives!!Infinity Travels

I called infinity travel on 5/19/23 to cancel a ***** flight for my wife due to her catching Covid and not be able to go on trip on 5/20/23 to visit my mother. I spoke to rep Victor * **** who basically made an error an cancelled my flight and than lied to me all night from 8:30pm to 10:30pm telling me he would correct the mistake and restore my flight. Well this rep Victor skipped out from his shift leaving my flight cancelled. I call Infinity back at 12:30pm spoke to rep Walter who told me Victor did not restore my flight and I had to book another flight with them for an additional $270 plus $100 change fee for a mistake dishonest Victor * **** had made. I had to pay the fee since my flight to visit my mother for her 94 Th birthday was on 5/20/23. Victor made the mistake by canceling my flight in error and Infinity made me pay for Victor mistake. Consequently, I paid $270 flight change plus $100 to Victor and $100 to rep to rebook the flight. I have reported Infinity to BBB for fraud and dishonesty. Do not use Infinity Travel they are scam artist and very dishonest. ** ****** ******Infinity Travels
