    Customer service from H*ll…
Some of the worst treatment I’ve ever had from a company. Would have done better to flat out ignore me.
Spent weeks going back and forth with support due a defective tv, jumped through every hoop often providing more than was asked.
Demonstrated the issue and was told video was not sufficient and they wanted pictures, provided pictures, suddenly that wasn’t enough pictures needed to be provided in a state where it was already discussed the issue very seldom presented so would be nearly impossible to get said picture.
Agent was incredibly condescending and rude,I gave up and now I’m living with a defective 600$ tv I can’t afford to replace because they refuse to help in a situation where any other company would have had no problem stepping in to find a solution.
My time was wasted, my money was wasted and my tv is still broken. Don’t offer a warranty you won’t uphold it costs you more than just saying you don’t have a warranty.

I work at several bars doing tech or audio and visual now 3 of the bars have all TCL tvs and 6 of these tvs all had the back light go out exactly the same issue. I have a friend with a TCL same issue. We must band together and start a class action as these tvs obviously have faulty LEDs. They get to hot. My suggestion if you have one put the TV in a lower brightness. All the tvs fail 15-18 months after purchasing. This is going to bankrupt the company.

Bought a 55" television in 2018. Work full time so it is not on all the time, and should have a life expectancy longer than 4 years. Today we got the black screen, which after some easy internet searching seems to be a common problem with these machines. Customer service told me to find repair shop, but not interested in owning something so cheaply made. I have other flatscreens that are creeping on 10 years old and work fine. Please avoid these TVs, they are cheap for a reason.

TCL LED TVs routinely die within two years of purchase, often shortly after the warranty expires. There is an obvious design flaw with the LED backlights on their TVs where if a single LED malfunctions it renders the entire TV non-functional (think of it like the old Christmas lights where one bad bulb would make a whole string go out...and how often that happened).
Given the sheer volume of customer complaints about LED backlight failures, it's impossible that TCL is unaware of the issue. They have done nothing to rectify the issue; they'll simply tell you they only offer you a one year warranty.
They offer a one year warranty for a reason: they're not producing quality products, and they don't expect them to last much longer than a year. You can see the carnage after a couple of years in just the reviews for this one model on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/product-reviews/B07N719K59/pageNumber=1&filterByKeyword=backlight
Companies are who they tell you they are. Don't buy TCL televisions unless you like buying new TVs every year or two.

I struggled and saved my money during the pandemic and I was able to purchase a 75 inch television from Walmart a day after Christmas 2020 it was rarely used because we have work and school it is wall mount a month ago I tried to turn it on but since my son set up everything I didn’t know if I pressed the right buttons on the media remote or use the regular remote since I’m profoundly deaf and have no hearing at all I had to wait for my son to be around he told me that he can hear everything crystal clear and that it simply didn’t have any pictures at all since I’m profoundly deaf I have to communicate via email as of this date haven’t heard anything from them at all I spent over $700 and we brought this television home on public transportation from one state to another and now it’s dead these people have no right to be in business in this country if all they are doing is building a piece of garbage and taking our hard earned money I paid $150 for a technician to do a home visions he told me this company doesn’t make replacements panels which he believes is the only problem because he could hear every single channel clearing while clicking the remote now I have to struggle to save for a Néw television I hope they are forced out of business I want a resolution!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I purchased a TCL 65” TV and began to immediately experience weird audio issues (fluctuating volume, etc.), especially when paired with a quality soundbar like Vizio. The TV would also respond erratically (shutting off, ignoring commands to go straight to live TV vs. the Roku homescreen, etc.).
I immediately contacted the company for a resolution (replacement or refund). After THREE MONTHS of haggling and following their time-wasting and repetitive troubleshooting steps, no resolution was ever reached! They don’t have a money-back policy and resisted having to replace the TV. I must have spoken with over 20 different reps and 10-12 different so-called supervisors. I would call and receive NO return calls, I would be deceived with promises of having the matter escalated to a TRUE technical team, and I would receive ridiculous and repetitive emails requesting information that I’d already provided time and again. It was VERY obvious that the TV was defective and that the customer service reps are trained to resist calls for replacements or refunds.
The company’s main headquarters is based in China, and you will NEVER be able to contact them in any way. You can only hope for a competent, honest, U.S. rep or supervisor to help. I was never that fortunate. Thankfully, Amazon (where I originally bought the TV) finally agreed to refund my purchase price minus a restocking fee.
Again, LEAVE THIS INCOMPETENT AND MISLEADING COMPANY ALONE!! The inferior product is not worth the headache.
