1 starThey are very scammish. First they reached out to me about a warranty I didn't really need but it sounded like a good deal. I never signed paperwork with them, but agreed to think it over. Next thing i know they started the process without me only knowing my card number. They charged me the $100 with no signature and I had to go to the 3rd party company (line 5) to get the policy canceled. They still have yet to refund me but I'm glad Line5 didn't go through with that false policy. I want my refund, it's been over a week since I was told it was being processed and my bank says nothing has happened. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!Review fromDevin S

Please do not do business with this company. The customer service is EXTREMELY disrespectful and unprofessional. It takes days to receive a call back to talk to a live customer service rep. **** you actually get to talk to one, they talk crazy to you and hang up in your face when you are trying to voice an issue or concern. Ive been with the company for less than 30 days and were told lies about being this company being able to help get be refunded from another company which turned out to be untrue. Save yourself the headache and Steer clear of this company. If they treat their customers like this when there is no car trouble yet, I can only imagine how they treat you when your vehicle actually breaks down. If I could give this company zero stars, I would.

1 starAuto Renewal Center is a shady ! Ive been trying to cancel but they answer with AI recording and tell you they will call you back. They never call you back. Ive been trying to cancel for over a month. I sent a letter signed by a notary. Nothing. I stopped payment. If my credit gets ruined, Ill **** Please dont use them.
