      I decided to cancel the contract the same day, but despite my multiple attempts to contact the company, my cancellation request has not been processed. I called customer service, only to be told that my cancellation had not been processed. I was assured that it would be taken care of within ********************************************************* cancellation. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable. Its incredibly frustrating to be billed for something I dont want and to have my cancellation request ignored multiple times. I would not recommend this company to anyone based on my experience. They have been unresponsive, unprofessional, and have failed to honor my cancellation request in a timely manner.

      Caveat Emptor!! Let the buyer beware!! Auto Renewal Center is shady business and not cusotmer friendly. They are a slimy sales and marketing organization. They sold my 88 year old father a a warranty that will cost him $4,712.95 and an addituional finance charge of $955.05 on a car that is worth $7,500 and which he will not be driving. He was confusesed when he spoke with them and thought they were calling from ******* The financing was provided by *********** and the repair agreement is provided by Camelback Administrative Group, **** dba MotoAssure. When I call the number on the Application Page per the cancellation clause, it sounds like a real person answering the phone and talking to you, but it is just a robotic ansering service which asks for your phone number and says someone will contact you soon. I have left 2 messages and no call back. I tried to call over the weekend and you get a voicemail that says "The person at extension 898 is unavailable, please leave your message after the tone". They appear to be affiliated with either *** or ***, both of which are sales and marketing businesses. Those companies both represent many different companies and when I called them they informed me their systems do not provide them with any informatin about what product or service you purcahsed or what company you purcahsed it from. I was informed by the representative at ********** that Auto Renewal Center was part of one or both of them. My father sent a certified letter that is supopsed to be received by them on 9/24/24 which is within the 30 day initial period, but based on my experience with Auto Renewal Center, CDI and CMI, I won't be holding my breath for a refund and will continue to leave messages. What a racket!! Its the law of large numbers with these sales organizations. They don't care and are just looking to make a profit any way they can.

      This is a shady business. I got a mailing regarding my recently purchased vehicle; thought it was the dealer sending it. I decided to call today and was told "we are the corporate office that handles warranties bought, sold, and authorized by *********** ****** makes cars, so it didn't immediately strike me as wrong that I was talking to a third party. Next I was told that I'd be given numbers later in the call and then I'd have one and only one opportunity to accept the deal! Things initially sounded alright, and I didn't want to miss out on the chance to protect my vehicle, so I proceeded down the path with the monthly payments. I provided a CC number to process an initial $100 "down payment". While reviewing the installment contract (offered by another 3rd party, Line5), it became clear that yet another 3rd party was actually offering the warranty: Camelback Administrative Group, **** dba MotoAssure. (This company, Auto Renewal Center, is just the sales tool to arrange these deals, I gather.) While I had a moment to review the contracts, I took some time to research these 3 companies and see how they related to ******. What I read raised many red flags, and I decided to abort. I said I wanted to cancel the process and get a refund. The response was fierce! They tried hard to convince me that I was already committed and I'd have to wait to receive the hard copy of the policy before I could cancel. Or that I just needed to finish signing before they could cancel and refund me. (I hadn't agreed to anything yet, except to pay an initial charge and talk through the paperwork.) They called the ****** service dept. and wasted their time trying to convince me that they are "accepted" there, which had the opposite effect on me. Then they gave me the runaround, passing to other people who failed to change my mind. After an hour back and forth, I got my refund and a rude sarcastic congratulations, I guess for beating the final boss and convincing them to f*** off.

      If I cld give this so called company a Zero stars I wld. They are unprofessional and rude as all get out. They don't like to answer the phone and when they do they say the agents are at lunch and will call you back. They are TRASH!!!
