we bought warranty for our car 08-08-2023 .paid it off on 02-24-2024. So we have never used the warranty until May of 2025 we tried calling them and the car dealer also tried calling the company and we got no response at all . all we could do is leave messages but no response from them at all. We also found out they put our Vin # for our car wrong .We feel we have been scammed by this company and we are trying to get some help .The agent who got us this warranty told me we would be fully covered for 5 yrs or ******* miles his name was ****** he is not even answering the phone he gave me it is saying the number you have dialed is allogated .We paid this company Auto Renewal Center $3936.06 and also the $100.00 dollars they ask for in the beginning and never got to use our warranty .So I am hoping BBB CAN HELP USBusiness Response

Client did not want to continue, advised to send letter of cancellation to issue pro rated refund.

I have been trying to cancel my policy for months getting no where. Every time I call i get jerked around everyone saying they can't help and they will transfer me to someone who will and that they will call back and never once gotten a call back. I just want this to all be over. I don't want or need there service anymore.Business Response

I am writing to formally request the immediate cancellation of the extended warranty contract associated with my 2025 Nissan Rogue and a full refund of all payments made.When I was contacted by your representative, on 05/12/2025. I was led to believe that the extended warranty was offered through my dealership. At no point was I informed that this agreement involved a separate loan or financing arrangement. This lack of transparency has caused me significant concern.After reviewing similar complaints on the Better Business Bureau website, I am alarmed by the pattern of misrepresentation and unethical business practices associated with your company. This company is a scam. They called to tell me that I only had powertrain insurance and needed to upgrade to bumper to bumper coverage. Even though at the time of purchase I remember upgrading to bumper to bumper insurance already. I was ignorant and got scared because they said something was about to go wrong with my truck and needed to pay $100 down for coverage. He then told me I had 30 days to compare plans and cancel. I called where I bought my truck from and was told I already had bumper to bumper coverage. I was told that this was not directly **** who sold me this extra coverage and that I needed to cancel. The last representative said I was not allowed a refund even though I called back within 20 minutes.Business Response

I called auto renew center on 3/10/2024 to get a policy on my 2019 **** fiesta and paid a $100 down payment and was told Id have 30 days to cancel and get my money back Ive tried to call them several times and left emails I want this policy and loan CANCELLED.Business Response

I had received a notice in the mail about the pick up I had bought, since it included the dealer I had bought it from I called the number and my call was returned on 11/7/2024. It was concerning a extended warranty and I spoke to a man named ***** *******. I always answer my phone and automatically put it on speaker, which I had done and I had 4 other people listening to the call. When ***** first started telling me about the warranty I was not interested. Then he said that this plan included maintenance like oil changes and all. All I was responsible for was tires. And everything had to be done at a **** dealership. I agreed and was put on another line with the finance people to pay for it all.. I made the down payment of 300 some and my monthly bill was 168. something. I signed the papers and was transferred back to ***** and he then told me I had a 30 day waiting period. On Feb. 19th I called **** to get my oil changed and gave them this policy number and they called to verify it and was told that maintenance was not included. I called A.R.C. and left a message, they called back and the *** said I needed to talk to a supervisor who would call me back. ****** finally me back and said that ***** didn't lie to me, he had simply hit the wrong button and printed the wrong contract, but he would take care of it. He was to call me back the next day. I heard nothing and tried calling several times with no response, so the next day I called. I finally got a call back from them and some lady said that they couldn't give me the right contract but they would reimburse me for my oil changes. I said that was not acceptable that I wanted the contract which I am paying for, she said ****** would call me back. When he did call he said that the would reimburse me for the oil change but I was not getting a the contract that I had bought and it was no longer being offered. And accused me of trying to get rich quick and hung up. All I want is what they originally sold me.Business Response

I purchased an extended warranty from warranty protection services and after 2 months I attempted to use it that's when I was informed they would not cover my 2021 ***** Silverado *************************************************************************************** writing and it had the be notarized which I did and I sent it to them certified mail so that I knew it was received I've had multiple times of calling their number but I keep getting told that someone will call me back but no one has called me back, I need help please.Business Response

I wanted to cancel my warrenty plan with them. I purchased a warranty coverage yesterday being made to think that they were affiliated with my dealership. On 1/28 I signed a contract for vehicle warranty but decided to cancel the contract. I reached out to *****, the contract company, that I wished to cancel the contract which they took care of and told me to formally tell auto renewal center. Now I am trying to contact auto renewal center to let them know that I cancelled the contract but I've been ignored.Business Response
