      I placed an order on May 14th for a pair of boots that were too small. I requested a return on May 23, 2025 and then shipped them right back. On May 27, 2025 *** confirmed that the return had been received. The return policy states that from the time received to allow "up to" 3 business days for the return to be processed. My return has yet to be processed. I just want my money back.

      I ordered some boots and a purse its been a month they said it was delivered and it was not.

      I placed an order with bootbarn or beige whirl I'm not sure on April 6th 2025...I have not received my package and they are telling me that it was delivered and I checked with the post office and mail carrier and they don't have any package with my name on it either. They have been giving me the run around and now they stopped replying to my emails.

      Boot barn will not allow us to opt out of E-mails and continues to ******* us daily. We've taken all the steps they suggest and nothing works.

      False advertising of products ordered online. Company claims that they do not sell used items, yet I received an online order that is clearly used up. They do not want to work with me and claim they cannot help me any further despite my requests. I ordered a product that I needed this weekend online ahead of time. I received the order and it was completely used. Now I have to go out of my way last minute to get a new item and they do not wan't to let me use a discount in store, they forcefully want me to order online and have to wait.

      Wrongful marking of product from clearance to 4x the amount in one day. I have all information if needed but nobody returns calls from the orgaization

      I made a purchase over 3 weeks ago, while the package was originally lost I requested a refund 2 days later they say that it has been delivered (which it has not and again had to request a refund and now they say I have to wait for a 2nd trace which is not right I gave them plenty of time and now I feel like they are just trying to steal from me. I demand a refund.

      On December 18th 2024 I attempted to purchase a pair of cowboy boots from boot barn online their website. When clicking the "submit order" button an error message came up that claimed the payment could not be processed and never left the order screen. Immediately I received email notification that the entire amount for the order ($261.94) had been removed from my card. After contacting the card provided I was informed that boot barn indeed placed an authorization hold for the full amount of the boots on my card. I contacted boot barn customer service and was told that the charge was a pending authorization and because the order never processed, the payment would fall off overnight and the funds would be back on my card. On December 27th the funds were still not on my card so I again contact the card provider who informed me that the payment of $261.94 had infact posted to the card and that I needed to contact boot barn. After contacting boot barn customer service I was advised that they still see the transaction in the system but promised it was not a hard charge, contradictory to what the card provider claims. As of this morning, December 29th, the funds have still not been released and boot barn refuses to attempt to rectify the situation in any way. This purchase was made on a **** debit gift card and I cannot dispute the transaction so boot barn has essentially stolen $261.94 from me and refuses to release the funds or give me the boots I originally tried to order. I am formally placing this complaint with the bbb and have also filed complaints to the indiana and California state attorney general offices for reasons of fraud and theft. Boot barn refuses to acknowledge that a problem with their online ordering system holds funds from orders it doesn't allow placed, and holds those funds for an unacceptable time frame, or in my case indefinitely. I am seeking a refund of $261.94 or to be sent the boots the payment cleared for.

      Fraudulent transaction, phone goes to more Fraudulent activity asking to collect more bank information. This is not a legit company but a hacker getting into companies. They are probably hacking multiple banks as I write this. Very bad news and no one is safe.

      I bought boots on December 15 at the ********** store. The total was $239.60. I gave the cashier $160 cash and had her put the balance on my debit card. The next day I realized that the receipt said I paid $90 cash and charged the card $149.60. The card should have been charged $79.60. When we went back to the store the next night they said their registers balanced so there was nothing they could do. I counted out the cash and told the cashier it was $160. I watched The cashier count the cash herself. So obviously the cashier pocketed the extra money. Also we took the boots with us to the store when we complained and when they said they wouldnt give us the money back we told them we want to return the boots and get our money back. After arguing about it they kept the boots and did not return any money. So we paid over $309 total for boots that we dont even have.
