      Overview: I made a purchase via Apple Pay on Boot Barn's website, which was declined due to a known issue with their Apple Pay processing. Despite the failed payment, they still sent the item. Recently, they threatened to bar future access unless I settle the balance. I called immediately to resolve it, but they struggled to process the payment. I provided my credit card for a non-Apple Pay transaction, but they mistakenly charged it through Apple Pay again, which failed due to their system. They advised me to contact my bank, but after checking with *****, I confirmed no payment attempts were even made by Boot Barn. My bank verified there were no blocks or fraud alerts, and the card had sufficient funds. The problem lies on Boot Barns end.I informed Boot Barn, but they ignored this and insisted I verbally provide my credit card again, with no digital options available. I gave them a different card, but after waiting over two days, they had made no attempts to process the payment. I called again, and they reassured me they would retry with my latest card, but its now been well beyond the promised time with no transaction attempts on that card either.I am trying to settle this balance, but Boot Barns limited payment options keep failing, and their agents give inconsistent answers. This has raised concerns about how they are handling my payment attempts, especially as they continue to threaten collections despite my willingness and ability to pay.Other details: Date of transaction: This refers to Boot Barn order BB09269974, placed on September 21st, 2024, for $78.39. Amount paid: None yet. Nature of dispute: Multiple failed attempts to settle the balance due to their system issues.       I had needed to exchange a clothing item for another size. Time had exceeded 30 days. Went in store to facilitate an exchange/ return and was denied. Item was still in original bag with tags and stickers. 100% brand new condition, never used, tried on once for sizing. Emailed customer service for assistance and got handed off to six different people with no resolution. I understand the policy states no returns after 30 days but requested a one time professional courtesy request to facilitate. Denied again.

      On July 29th 2024 we ordered a hat and boots from boot barn. This order was attempted 3 times in the store on *****************. Two of the attempted payments for $710.08 were declined. I switched cards and the payment went through. The 2 attempted payments where left pending in my account for approximately 14 days because boot barn failed to void the transactions. When we picked up our order on August 13th I pointed out the fact of the 2 payments still pending and a boot barn employee told me there was nothing they could do about it. I also pointed out the pin holes in both boots, I was told it was due to security tags. It was only later that I realised that the boots should not of been tagged because they were ordered online. While I was with one employee talking about these issues another employee got my wife to sign for the order without having inspected the hat. It was some days later that we noticed blemishes on the hat. On the day we were due to fly home we decided to go to the boot barn near to us in ************. The staff in the store at *************** tried to rectify the blemishes on the hat but made it worse. The manager offered a exchange for the hat but there where none in stock near to ************. They couldnt refund us because we where not given a receipt in the store in *********, they told us that they would email us the receipt but never did. Due to this the management in ** offered to have one delivered to us but because we lived outside the *** said they couldnt and our only option was to accept a gift card with $249.99 on it, apparently. We cant check this and still are not sure if the money we paid is on the card. The amount she but on the card is less than what we paid. We paid $249.99 + tax. Before we left the *** we ordered the hat online for delivery to our home address from boot barn, they took the money but some days later cancelled the order and I had to chase them for a refund. I have sent boot barn emails, no satisfactory reply

      I made a purchase off a site for a ton of cow boy boots and clothes. My package said arrived from the tracking information. When I went to my community mail box it wasnt there. I emailed them they told me they would refund me if my new package they were sending out didnt arrive.2 weeks went by no package or money. I emailed again same run around. Another weekend so so I emailed. And the latest email said I signed off on the package being received which is not true. Ive gone to my local cananda post office they have no record of my package. Ive tried to now Emial again and check the website it no longer exists and my emails wont go through/ since then Ive had to get a new bank card Im out over $80 American

      I returned a pair of jeans for $59.92 I had an email saying theyve received my return and are processing my refund, I saw a pending charge on my account for $49.92 (as theres a $10 return fee) and a couple of days later that pending charge disappeared (or was canceled on their end) and so I didnt get refunded and they received the jeans back. I want my money back.

      I ordered from Boot Barn on June 6th 2024 and I have not relieved my items so I would like a refund of my money and they keep playing with me

      i tried for three days to get a e gift card for my husbands b day and the website would not allow for the bank card i was using to be processed. i provided a different card that belonged to my friend ( ************************* and gave her the money for my purchase) the card was charged and the gift card was never received. i went to the chat and they told me to call. i called customer service they told me that they needed to verify me and asked my name number and email in which i gave them. they told me that they needed to close the order. i want my gift card. you took my money so give me my money back or a gift card. i want the card for my husbands b day but this is stupid ridiculous.

      Order #: BB08827024. I placed an order on Boot barn.com for boot to wear to my aunt's funeral on 4/27/24 at exactly 7:33pm. The amount total for the ostrich print boots was $251.60. I received an email that my order was taken and that I would receive my order within 3*-5 business days. On Monday I woke up with my account ending 6328 being charged with two additional transactions of $125.80. I was distraught. A total of $503.20 has been taking from my account. After numerous times of calling and being advised that this hold should fall off within 3-5 business days. I have yet to receive my money back. I think something should be done not only is my account in the negative, but I have had to cancel my bank card. I am terrified that they will continue to charge my card. When placing order, it doesn't say anything about authorize holds or anything of that nature. This company needs to be investigated seriously. I will do everything in my power to ensure this that is a promise

      Had purchased items at bootban on i10 near federal rd and got a credit card to get the discount made the purchase then paid off in cash days later made several other charges in cash and paid for then closed account after being fully paid now I am being charged fees by credit card saying I had to pay fees occurred by credit card monthly fees and for some count assured total of 3.21 by count assured that boot barn was supposed to have paid them now Im being charged over ****** dollars on an account I had closed and didnt owe anything Ive tried explaining to them I paid off credit card and closed boot barn account and they dont want to drop those charges
