      This is not a valid reason.  It's impossible to speak with a human being with this company, as I have requested several times now. This customer chooses to ignore my requests.

      The support information they provided with their response is non-responsive and automated.  

      There is no possible way that their support of the data that we spend hours updating for their benefit costs this much on their side to go through.

      aid the 12/18/2023 invoice and do not intend to pay because this billing practice is incredibly deceptive and unlawful. It is no different than paying for 1 year of cable TV at a specified price, only to have to cable TV provider increase the price mid-year and threaten to cut off the cable TV. Avetta, LLC will cease the services we already paid for if we do not pay the deceptive and unlawful invoice.

      The website asks for bank info but NEVER SAYS ANYWHERE you are about to be charged $1800! I don't even know what this site is, it was sent to me by a company I do bids for so I filled out the info and then BAM they charge my account $1800. I did not authorize this. Please cancel my membership immediately and issue me a full refund. I know I have a right of rescission.

      sponse. My last attempt to contact them was via ******** voicemail and I followed up with an email that I had left a voicemail. I still have not received a response. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company, and it is in process. It appears that Avetta is contesting the dispute, but I haven't received formal notification from Citibank regarding the status of the dispute. I received another invoice this morning and it appears that they have charged my credit card again. Apparently, Citibank did not suppress the automatic payments when I cancelled the credit card. I have since cancelled the new credit card and suppressed the automatic payments. In looking at reviews of this company on the BBB website, they are many situations (in fact, one with Maersk as well) where Avetta is charging people for these "connections" that are not initiated or authorized by their companies. Although I can only determine the one charge on my credit card, it appears they charged me again on 2/02/2024 see attached.

      This company has been auto billing my credit card since 2020 for what i thought was a one year subscription.

      ***** and my insurance company plenty to be in business and no one needs to pay these thieves more money to tell another company you're worthy to work for them only after paying their fee. I want my money returned, I want my account terminated from Avetta and will find every avenue possible to tell other to stay far away from Avetta and every other company like it as they are destroyers of small businesses.

      We are a service company and a few of our clients require us to be a supplier through Avetta, we signed up so we could continue to service these clients. Well it seems that Avetta just allows any "client" to connect you as a supplier regardless if they are in your service area or whether or not you do any business with that "client" and your company is the one that has to pay the membership fee. Avetta charges you a membership fee for each "client" connection. I had (2) clients added to my company as a connection that we don't do work for, have never been contacted by and have no contact info for and I am being charged for it. I have asked for them to be removed as connections but they only allow you to remove them within 30 days of the connection being added to your account. One of the clients I had requested to be removed was 3 days past the 30 days. I had to pay $1784.75 for one connection and $1342.32 for the other. Avetta wont refund for those connections, but they will allow you to "Swap" to a different connection. If thats the case, why can't they be removed. Obviously, they use this as a way to keep the money they have charged me.

      Renewal of subscription in 2023 for $2,670 for 2 connections. 1 connection I do not use or do business with. Contacted Avetta to have ********************* removed. They were supposed to be removed the year prior for same reason, but was told by Avetta they could not reverse the charge and to wait until 2023 to have them removed. 2023 invoice shows ********* still as a connection. Contacted Avetta to have them removed and invoice adjusted. Invoice was adjusted to $1,197, I paid invoice. About 2 weeks later received an invoice for connection to ********* for $1,339. I contacted Avetta and told them we do not do business with this company and to have them removed, again! Was told in an email that the company had been removed. On 10/23/23 Avetta still took out the $1,339, when asked why they said the customer still wanted the connection. If thats the case, that customer can pay for the connection and I will do nothing with it! Avetta said they would reverse charge and would contact me the following day to confirm. No one contacted me. The charge was never reversed and I contacted Avetta on 11/1/23 asked why the charge was not reversed. I could not get a straight answer, other than ************** wants the connection. I DONT KNOW LINDE GAS! If ********* wants to connect with me then they can pay for the connection that I will do nothing with! My connection is with one company ********* Electric. I was told again that someone will contact me to verify the removal of ********* and refund the $1,339. This is all a lie, I do not trust that they will contact me because they have not in the past when they said they would. Between the chats and phone calls I have wasted so much time trying to get a connection removed and my invoice adjusted. If I did not need to use Avetta for the contract I have with ********* Electric I would not be utilizing their service. I am contacting ********* Electric to inform them what has taken place and to consider using a different platform.

      I signed up for a $199.00 charge as a company I work with wanted to use Avetta for upload of certificate of insurance. The say that company wanted to upgrade the accounts their vendors used. They charged me $1458. for uploads to this company which is not even in business anymore. I ked for a refund and was told this can not be done until the renewal comes back up. I asked for a supervisor and was refused. I asjed for a name of who I was speaking with and was refused

      Over a year ago a potential client wanted to us to have Avetta review our safety program. During the process of we decided we wouldn't not pursue the project because we wouldn't make changes to our program based on the very inexperienced opinions at this company. During a credit card statement review I seen that they charged my card. I have contacted them and they refuse to refund the charge. They also do not allow me to remove my credit card information from their website.
