      Avetta's platform is very difficult to use- we were never approved or able to get any work though it. They sent a reminder that they were going to charge the annual fee for the upcoming year. Yet when I tried to deactivate the account, I had to deactivate it 30 days before the new annual cycle. I was unable to speak to a real person, the phone line was entirely automated. There is no way to deactivate within the account itself. ********************** made their systems to take advantage of small business owners. Highly dissatisfied at being forced to pay for something with zero benefit to our business.

      I am filing a complaint against Avetta due to unauthorized billing practices and poor customer support. I did not authorize the recent charge(s) made to my account, and attempts to resolve this directly with Avetta have been unsuccessful or ignored. I believe their billing practices are deceptive and their platform offers little to no added value to our business, despite being forced to use it to maintain client relationships. I am seeking a full refund and a resolution to ensure no further charges are made without explicit consent.

      Avetta has gone downhill year after year. After many years of being required to use their platform for vendor connections, the experience has consistently been frustrating. **************** is abysmalno one seems to know what theyre doing, and the chat support is virtually useless.Fees keep increasing without any notice or clear explanation, and our vendor connections are often confused as to why Avetta cant provide basic assistance. More often than not, we have to reach out directly to our clients or partners to resolve issues ************ this point, I wouldnt be surprised if the entire operation were run by AI bots rather than real people.If you're thinking about using Avetta to screen your contractors, take it from an actual contractor: please, look elsewhere.

      This company is a joke. I am walking away from a customer that spends several thousand dollars a year that requires their vendors to use Avetta. This is truly a money grab scam that I cannot believe exist. ***** needs to look at shutting down this company harder than Tik Tok. They offer NO product. They charge your account unauthorized charges then you cannot speak to anyone to resolve. Their is no way for anyone to explain how much of a scam this is until you "Get You Some". UNBELIVEABLE Stay away from this foreign based SCAM!

      Safety compliance / construction/ industrial/ any company who uses this platform, you all need to audit your connections. I had a company in a different state that I don't do business with connect with me. I tried to go through the chat bot to have them removed immediately after the connection was made TWICE and it never worked. Once I got a live agent they had to pass me along to a connection specialist and this was his response******************************************************************************************This is Dallin with Avetta. I received your request to remove a client connection on your account. Your account shows that all clients are paid for and that your account is in good standing. We are unable to remove your connection with *****. Company policy allows for paid connections to be removed during the renewal period or if the request comes within thirty-days of the invoice date. This connection was invoiced on (2/12/2025) and your request came outside the ***** period on (3/21/2025). In addition, ***** is paying for this connection. It is completely free for you to keep on the account. Since they already covered the cost for a full years period the connection has to remain on the account for the full term.***************************************************************************************************Basically what I got from that email is they allow illegitimate connections happen as long as they are getting paid. Even though I'm not paying for it how is that fair to the other customer? Now I have a non complaint connection that I will not be completing any tasks for because HELO they aren't my customer!!You guys are unethical, dishonorable and I hope everyone wakes up one day and realizes how useless and dumb your company is.

      I am strictly here to ***WARN OTHERS*** of this SCAM. This will be escalating to HIGHER AUTHORITES from our company! AVETTA HAS HIJACKED OUR CREDIT CARD AND WE ARE UNABLE TO DEACTIVATE IT FROM THEIR PLATFORM! THIS WILL ONLY BE REMEDIED BY FULL REFUND OF ALL CHARGES! NOBODY HAS TIME FOR THIS MESS!
      ******THEY NEED TO ADDRESS THEIR OWN COMPLIANCE ISSUES******
      DO NOT ADD YOUR CREDIT CARD INTO THEIR PLATFORM!!! If you have a customer who is requiring you to use this so-called "service", please DIRECT THEM TO THIS PAGE!
      When we first signed up, it was bc we were required by large customers of ours that we worked with for years. They were looking to streamline the process. We were never fond of the idea but thought they did their research!!!

      Our customer just so happened to fall for the sales pitch of making provider compliance easier.
      FALSE in every sense of the word!
      Once I brought the incompetencieS of AVETTA to our customers' attention, they no longer required us to use them. HERE'S THE PROBLEM! AVETTA HAS HIJACKED OUR CREDIT CARD AND WE ARE UNABLE TO DEACTIVATE IT! Our FIRST ATTEMPT was BEFORE 10/2024 BEFORE WE WERE CHARGED AGAIN! MY SECOND ATTEMPT WAS RECENT!
      When you are on the platform it is very difficult to find info on how to deactivate. Use their "Chat" and they "will get back to you in 2 Business days"...FALSE!...after 2 recent attempts they did not "get back". When called PREVIOUSLY, the Representative was incompetent. "We will get back to you" FALSE FALSE FALSE!
      LIKE I STATED BEFORE, THIS WILL BE ESCALATED TO A HIGHER AUTHORITY! THIS COMPLAINT IS STRICTLY TO WARN OTHERS WHEN SEARCHING ONLINE THEIR REPUTATION! I'M JUST DOING MY DUTY BY WARNING U!

      We have been dealing with Avetta for a few years and it is a scam!! ***** this company and do not use them!!!!!! We were required to use this company by one of our contracts on a one day project. We were provided an account. When you sign into their portal is automatically signs you up for a recurring account which is automatically charged to your credit card annually. No contract was provided for this recurring charge. Unauthorized charges were applied annually in spite of calling the customer service and advising that the account was to be canceled and no more billing was authorized. Unauthorized charges were made to our company credit card over the last 3 years even though they were not authorized. We called to get a refund and it was denied. In September of 2022 they charged *******, September of 2023 they charged our credit card *******, September of ***** *******. When calling customer service there do not allow you to speak with anyone of authority. We contacted customer service on February 23, 2024 and told them to deactivate the account and that no further charges were to be made to the credit card and yet here we are again. When contacting them they tell you tat the supervisor is away or unavailable. They say there is no contact. This company is a scam!!!!
