      We have been an Avetta client for three years. After three months of trying, we have been unable to reach anyone at Avetta regarding our account. When it comes to invoicing, they are more than eager to reach out and ensure they are paid. When it comes to servicing our account, they are 100% unreachable. We've tried contacting our account *** by phone and email almost daily for three months. We've tried reaching out through the chat support. We've tried calling them. I'm not sure at this point what to do next. It's a predatory arrangement as we are required to use Avetta as part of our contract with one of our clients. It seems like Avetta knows they have us and other suppliers trapped. At this point, we've been advised to file a complaint with the ***************************'s office if we don't hear back from them by Dec 30, 2024.

      Very poor business practices! Clients can add you at will and you are charged around $600 for each one!! There is not even a way to avoid it, they just charge the card on file and send you an invoice!!! What other company can get away with that?!?!? The bad part is, we need to be a member in order to do business with some of our own clients! It's a total racket!!!! AVOID THEM IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING HIRING THEM AS A VENDOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM!!!! YOUR VENDORS WILL HATE YOU FOR IT!!!
      I may consider contacting the state AG and filing a complaint on this predatory company!

      Would consider this a predator company.Once you sign up you only have 5-7 days to realize you and your business have been trapped!I had a deal with a company that went south on the 3rd week so, I tried to end ties with Avetta after 21 day,... and they said no!They said over and over again we paid for a full year and Avetta will NOT refund nor cancel the account! I said OK fine,... keep the money but, just close my account I dont wat *********************** service please,...they said NO we are going to keep your account open and,... if anyone in the Avetta network tries to connect to your business,... we are going to bill you too!I said I don't want anything to do with Avetta so please at least set up my account so no one would connect to us then,.. they said no! So now I have a bill cause a company tries to contact my company, ( which is wasting that company's time and my companies time because I wont work with them through Avetta),...on top of a hefty subscription (Originally quoted for around $500.00 a year and turned out to be around $2000 instead) for a service I don't want,.Don't trust, don't like, don't need, cannot cancel and finally cannot stand Avetta!

      I was a user of ********************** only because my customer required that I sign up with them in order to be their vendor. This customer cancelled their contract with us due to budget issues and yet Avetta still chose to bill me their annual fee. I explained to Avetta that this customer is no longer a customer (and wasn't PRIOR to them billing me) and asked that they refund me the fee and they refused.I find it unethical that they feel it's ok to bill me even though I no longer require their service.

      Great supplier management. We got 2 inspectors coming this year and everyone was compliant. It used to be very loose with the other company and it got us on their radar.

      Would be zero if I could choose that. Avetta is horrible to deal with. They sent an email that stated "Your Avetta Connect profile currently indicates that you have 7 employees. We are updating your profile to 11 employees, which we believe to be the most accurate and up-to-date information". What gives Avetta the right to change the number employees in my company. I called as soon as I received the email and stated that 7 is the correct number of employees. They still changed the number to 11 employees and it generated an invoice for $510.30. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      I have to leave one star because unfortunately you can't leave zero. My experience with Avetta has been horrible. Avetta will allow anyone to make a connection, create an invoice and withdraw the funds. You have to put payment information in and even if you check off automatic payment their service agreement allows them to withdraw the funds without your approval. You have to call Avetta customer service ask to remove the connections and then Avetta is to contact you they say 5-7 days, I had to make more phone calls and emails. We use Avetta only because our customer requires it and ********************** treats you as such. In my personal opinion Avetta is the worst safety platform out there.

      One star because you cannot leave zero. This business knows you are forced to use it by clients to remain on their vendors list and they treat you as such. Difficult to use, constant demand for payment despite repeated emails verifying and documenting payment, zero personal contact.

      We were required to use this company for someone we worked for. We were informed they were no longer using them. I received several emails that our account was going to be deactivated if they did not receive payment. I emailed phoned to cancel no communication back. It expired 3/27 on 7/9 I was charged 3x the amount originally claiming companies I didnt even know, 3 months after deactivation and they were NOT authorized to charge us!!!!! I have not been able to resolve so now Im out over $3000 and having to spend hours fighting it. Do not use them. Anyone interested in filing a claim against them?
