I recently received a class action settlement check and tried to deposit via mobile app so I checked the mobile deposit box, it failed and Ive now been to 4 check cashing places that will refuse to take it based on the mobile checking box being checked. I even payed to the order of my friend to cash at his credit Union and they refusedBusiness Response

This is regarding the **** v Cura (claim # 4D783293). I have not yet received this settlement payment and asked the team to reissue my check back in Oct 2022. They have still note reissued my check and have been waiting for 2 months without responding.Business Response

This is regarding my claim in Cel MD Cosmetics Class Action Settlement aka ******** v. ******** *** I never received my settlement check for this settlement so i contacted the class administrator in timely manner regarding the reissue . They asked me to fill out a reissue form in aug 2022 so the check can be reissued to updated address . I prompted responded to them within 24 hours They told me they would reissue the check in 6-8 weeks but never did. Every communication after that they have been non responsive to my email . I was apart of the tik tok class action lawsuit I got a check in the mail from cpt on 11/5 I went to several different places that refused to cash the check. I just want my money.Business Response

In 2021 I was apart of a class action lawsuit against tiktok, on September 7, 2022 I was awarded a check for the amount of ****** that was issued on 8/29/2022. I went to cash it at several places with each place declining the check. I would like for them to make this right.Business Response

I received a letter from CPT Group Reissue on 02/01/22 pertaining to a previous employment class action settlement: ********************************* ************ CPT Group was unable to contact me since my previous address was listed. I followed their instructions to update my mailing address and sent the documents back and got a confirmation number that my reissue check would be sent in the mail at the end of July. I was able to get ahold of 2 representatives: the first on 04/05/22 and the second on 07/01/22. The last representative said "If you have not received your check by the end of July, call back." I have been calling back all week and each time wait 15 minuets for the automated voice to say that my call is 'being transferred' and rings then hangs up on me. I have emailed, and mailed, and left messages but no one from this company will answer me about not yet receiving my check from this settlement. I don't know who else or where else to turn to. My last resort will be driving 7 hours down to their corporate building to get some answers.Business Response
