    They violate state Statutes of Limitations for debts. They have been harassing me for 9 years for a false debt. I will be contacting my state's Attorney General today. If you contact your state ************************* FCR Collection Services magically stops harassing you, but I won't stop until letal action is taken.

    Call and text nonstop. Im now going to keep a log of calls and voicemails to report. Samford Book Store says they never use this service and any unreturned books are added to one stop billing which is always paid in full by me. Its a SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!

    Called my wife, left a voicemail saying they were collecting a debt. Didn't use her name, told her she should call a number that is marked as a scam in robokiller. Told her she could also use a website ************** but didn't give her any info if an account. My wife doesn't have a credit card. Her only debt is student loans which are on autopay and definitely paying. No medical bills unpaid and haven't received a single bill for something for her since 2021 and that was paid in full and verified to be. Definitely trying to steal money from people. And trying to scare them.

    To Dispute Resolution Team,!!!!!!!4th ATTEMPT!!!!!!!!! The debt you are attempting to collect is erroneous and was paid in full by my insurance company, Aeta to ******************************* PC in the amount of $334.66. The *** from Aetna was emailed to you four times over 9 months. Also, I contacted ******************************* PC to inform their billing ***** I was inadvertently turned over to your collection agency and need resolved immediately. ********* Pathlogy billing said Fed Chex was sent the funds in the amount of $334.66 on 9/20/2021. Please confirm my account has been cleared from your collection agency with a zero balance and any negative reporting to the three credit reporting agencies will need to be reversed immediately. At this point, this has crossed the line as blatant harassment and I will be contacting legal representation. I will be filing all complaints against your company for laws you have violated. ***********************

    FCR services harassed me by leaving a message on my answering machine. They claimed that I owed something. I dont owe anything, I always pay bills on time! I paid off some credit cards! They need to stop calling me and harassing me.

    FCR Collection Services have been abusing their rights and violating collection laws and statutes by calling/texting/emailing me between 4 to upwards of 17 times per day for a supposed textbook debt. I have collected call logs of their continuous harassment & will be seeking legal advice to end this harassment.

    FCR collection Services is nonstop calling me trying to collect a debt of non-returned books to college that I have already returned and they check out. I have graduated college and wish these people would stop contacting me. Im not paying anything because I dont owe anything. I have contacted them and they said they had it taken care of but apparently not. Theyre getting annoying. They leave multiple voicemails on my phone and emails. They need to STOP. I would leave 0 star rating if I had the option.

    I would leave 0 stars if I could. They keep leaving voicemails on my phone but no name or company that the debt Is for. When I call the number back it puts me on hold for a very long time, then hangs up on me. Scam scam scam!!!
