They keep leaving messages on my cell phone, using different phone numbers. They say they are a debt collector, but the problem is they do not give the name of the person they are trying to reach, nor give any information about the debt. This seems like a scam.

If you call the toll free number on the voice messages or any of the caller Id numbers you can speak to a representative.
