    November 9th ************************************************************************************ becuase items i ordered were out of stock so I waited more than a few days and said I didn't recieve my refund they then proceed to tell me they sent it the 21st of November to check with my bank I did and it was not there so I emailed and told them again that I didn't recieve refund and sent screenshots of the tracking still active saying awaiting product to ship out and they told me they refunded me $11 and some change so I told them I didn't spend 11 I spent *****

    I ordered 2 key replacements on 9/19/23 for roughly 28 dollars. They said that it was going to be shipped priority mail and that it should arrive a week or 2 later. A month has passed and i sent them an email about my order not being shipped out. (when you track it, it says a sticker has been made, but never actually ships out). I got no response from the email, and after a few more weeks, i called their number and it says that the number is no longer in service.

    I orders a part and received a shipping confirmation the very next day on 9/22 However, the shipping status shows that the post office has not item item as of 9/28. I believe this is a scam.

    Placed an order of a laptop key on 8/28/2023. Order number with the company is ******. I received incorrect and missing parts. I contacted them multiple times - last one on 9/9/2023 to correct the issue or refund the total of $15.79. The company has not responded to any of my correspondence.

    Ordered a replacement laptop key from this website. I received a shipment notification quickly followed by an email saying to ignore the shipment notification because the item I ordered was not in stock. ReplacementLaptopKeys.com offered me a few options, one of which was to wait up to 35 days for the item to become back in stock. I wasn't in a rush so I agreed that I was happy to wait in order to get a hard-to-find replacement part for my keyboard.Over 35 days passed from my original order date without any updates so I followed up with customer service via email asking for a status update. I did not receive a response. I emailed a few more times over the course of the next few weeks, all emails went unanswered. I finally asked for a refund -- this request also went ignored.This company blatantly advertises items available to purchase on their site that are not in stock without any notice on the item's page or during the checkout process. Based on other reviews, they also seem to send false shipment emails on a frequent basis. If you order from them, I would strongly advise using PayPal so that you have protection as a buyer and can open a dispute if they don't fulfill your order and become unreachable.

    Ordered a replacement key for my daughter's laptop on May 18, 2023. Order number: ******. **** Aspire 5 A515-43-R19L Keyboard Key Replacement; $8.99 plus $3.79 shipping for total of $12.78. I received an email stating item shipped with a **** tracking number on May 25, 2023. I searched the tracking number on ****'s website and it confirms that a label was prepared, but the package hasn't been delivered to the carrier. It has been nearly three months. I have complained twice by email, and tried to reach the company by phone but their number has been disconnected. I would like my money back.

    Ordered some key replacements for my sons laptop on May 17, 2023. I had preciously ordered from them with no issues. As of July 31st I have yet to receive an email back or a phone call. I have emailed a few times, left voicemails and have not heard back. The 800 number is now disconnected and at the 949 number no one answers and voicemail is full. This is frustrating to say the least.

    Ordered a replacement key for my son's ASUS laptop on June 3, 2023. Order number: ******: Asus TUF key: W; $15.99 plus $3.79 shipping for total of $19.78. I received an email stating item shipped with a **** tracking number on June 7, 2023. I searched the tracking number on ****'s website and it confirms that a label was prepared, but the package hasn't been delivered to ****. It has been over three weeks, and nothing has even been given to the post office. Nothing has been delivered, and it is becoming apparent that this company operates by stealing customers' money and not delivering on what is ordered. I would like my money back.

    ON May 11, 2023 I ordered a computer key A and the hinge to hold it on. For my Asus laptop computer model R704VD. From Replacement Laptop Keys. my order number was ******. They sent me an email Thanking me for the order and telling me that an email would be sent containing information about my purchase The email never came so I got in contact with them. Asking when my order was going to arrive. I received no reply. I waited a few days longer and contacted them again complaining to them. I received an email with a tracking number for the post office and was told it had shipped. the tracking number was ********************** when I put that tracking in it tell me that the label was printed but the package never arrived. The total of my order came to $8.78 they took that money out of my checking account and I did not receive anything from them. I had emailed them back and told them what the tracking number had told me and I got no reply. I waited awhile longer and complained again with all the information they needed as to what had happened. And told them I wanted my money back. I would like to get my money back and notify everyone to not deal with this company.
