    I placed my order March 28, 2023. On April 14th, they finally shipped it. it arrived about a week or so later, and it was the wrong key. I tried to contact them and they said their "wonderful staff" was out of the office for another week but they would check emails. So I sent an email and got no response. I sent a follow up about 2 weeks ago to see if they saw it. After I filed a 1 star review (which as you see in the one screenshot was not approved because the key has 0 reviews) they seemed interested in fixing the problem. ***** sent me an email back asking for photos of the key vs my keyboard. I sent those and 2 follow up emails and have yet to hear back. I was trying to sell this laptop to pay off some debt and have since irritated my buyer. So now I have a broken laptop and no buyer. so I would at least like my money back.

    On February 2nd, 2023, I purchased a replacement laptop key for $25.00 (Order ID # ********** business was committing to send a laptop key of the correct model of my device, which I accurately provided.They sent the wrong key.I notified them via phone, left voicemails, emails and followed all of their instructions. They completely ignored me. Never contacted me back, in any capacity.

    I ordered a replacement S key for my Alienware m17 laptop but received the wrong key. I have reached out to the company several times over the course of a month but still have not received a response. I would like to know if I could still receive the correct key, otherwise I would like a refund.

    Purchased laptop key online on 5/11/23. Wrote email to check on order. Response was that the order is delayed because of moving. Emailed as to when I can expect the order, no response. In the meantime I am unable to use my laptop. There is no response from the company and I need to have a functioning laptop. I kindly demand a refund.

    Order #****** Placed 4/14/23 13:08 EST $6.99 for the replacement key plus $3.79 in shipping, a total of $10.78 A SKU of LTKEY-**-G810 was ordered, qty 1 (Letter P)The webpage listing states this key is a replacement key for a Logitech G810 Orion Spectrum keyboard, the key sent was for a standard Logitech laptop keyboard. I sent a request to correct this to CSR and it has not been replied to after 5 days. I also submitted a review in an attempt to catch the businesses attention. They have not approved my review for posting and it does not appear that the site moderators allow any non 5-star review to be posted as that is all I have seen upon further inspection.I am not confident this company is providing the service they say they are, to bolster my suspicion, I have included a series of 4 screen captures taken from the site of the G810 listing, These were taken inside of one minute and as you can see in the top right near the title the qty sold and the period of time they were sold in changes every time you load the page. This appears to be fraudulent advertising of their sales and this carries over to all listings on the site.

    Order replacement keys from www.replacementlaptopkeys.com. Items never arrived. ******* has no record of ever receiving item. Seller will not return emails or phone calls. There are many 'F' ratings for this business for exactly the same scam.

    Ordered 2 Replacement Keys for 2018 MacbookAir on 3/4/23 for total cost of $23.77 including shipping. Received shipping notification on 3/7/23, however, the item has yet to be received by the ***** After 5 days (3/11/23) with this status, I sent the first e-mail requesting a status update. I allowed another 4 days to pass without a response when I sent a follow up e-mail (3/15/23) to coerce a response. I once again allowed 6 days to pass (3/21/23) before calling customer service, only to be redirected to a voicemail. ReplacementLaptopKeys to this day has not responded to any of the above communications. I have filed a dispute with my credit card in an effort to reverse the charge.

    I ordered a replacement spacebar for my HP Chromebook model # **-DEO518WM on March 9th 2023. I ordered the spacebar and included was the hinge clip HC55. Total Amount plus shipping was $11.78. Part price was $7.99. Shipping for $3.79. To be shipped in 3 to 8 days. All shipping information was correct. No missing info or misspelled info.I confirmed all information was correct before ordering from Replacementlaptopkeys.com.I was sent an email confirming my order number ******. The website says all orders are usually shipped in 24 hours , in stocks parts also fast and reliable.I checked on my order in a few days because the weekend was coming up and I wanted to know when it would ship. The order status says awaiting fulfillment and has said that since, I emailed the company on March 17 2023. I have not heard anything back yet.If the part was not in stock it should have been mentioned on the website or at least I should have been sent a follow-up email after my order was placed. I tried calling and was never connected to a real person, left voice message. I could have ordered from a complete strangers or other business and gotten better customer service. I am wondering if they are ever going to tell me if they have my part or if I should be waiting indefinitely. Then I am sure they will tell me it shipped and it will never show up. I am frustrated and disappointed. It is difficult to work on my chromebook without a working spacebar. They charged my credit card for the full amount and I would like to get my spacebar since I paid for it.

    I have been trying to contact this business regarding a product I received from them. I have called and left voicemails several times over the course of a couple weeks, no one ever answers the phone or returns calls. I also have emailed them repeatedly at their listed email ********************************* and never received any replies.

    I ordered a replacement S key for my broken ********* Surface keyboard. I waited for some time and while waiting saw two charges on my PayPal account. One charge on 1/26 was for $14.78 and the other charge for $10.78.was on the same day. I didnt see anything in the mail for a while and when I checked you said you didnt have the right parts. You suggested sending me two different parts as replacements for my S key parts.I agreed thinking this would solve my problem.I think the broken part is the smaller of the two, which is the inside part of the hinge.I received the black parts. While similar, they are a different size than the white parts from my keyboard.Please send the correct replacements or return my money.
