This company ************ Student loan stated that my student loans would be forgiven in 10yrs. My student loan debt through Mohela which is my true servicer sent me a letter stating that all my loans are forgiven in full by The *********************** Administration because they have been in repayment status for over 20 years. I called the company at ************ and spoke with a representative. She stated someone would call me back after I explained to her that I wanted a refund because my loans have been forgiven. Of course no one has returned my call and now they are no longer answering the phone. According to the letter that ****** sent me this was a scam from the beginning because you never have to pay for your student loans to be discharged, forgiven or cancelled.I paid this company $156.05 on March 3, 2022, $156.05 on April 4, 2022, $156.05 on May 3, 2022, $156.03 on June 3, 2022. They have deducted $19.00 from my account on the 1st of every from June 2022 until November 2023 totaling $323.00. I am attaching my paperwork from ****** stating that this company is a fraud and they could never have provided that service that they collected money for. I am requesting a full refund of $947.18 for the fraud that they committed.

I was contacted by a company called New Education Relief with regards to my student loans. I was told by the person I spoke with that I was eligible for their debt relief program. I e-signed paperwork to start the process; I received a copy of the agreement which stated I could cancel my agreement. The agreement said I had 5 working days to do so. After reading the agreement I contacted the person Id initially spoke with. I told him I changed my mind and would follow procedure to cancel the agreement according to their policy. I got no response, I left several messages, no response. Then I get another charge to my credit card from New Education Relief. I contacted my credit card company and disputed the canceled transaction. I then called New Education Relief again to no avail. In the meantime I started getting calls from a collection agency. This company is a Scam and this is my second complaint to you all about them. Whats really going on here! Can someone explain to me what I need to do at this point??

National Debt Relief collected $599.00 from me from june 2021- october 2021.They collected the money under the pretences that my student loans would be eliminated after I made all required payments. They even had access to my student loan information. When I call some of the numbers they are disconnected and others ask you to leave a message after holding for a few minutes.

New Education Relief is a scam company preying on student loan borrowers. I contracted with them on August 1, 2023, after they defrauded me. They fraudulently accessed my student loan accounts. I received an email from the Department of Education stating that they were a scam company. I cancelled the contract 10 hours after signing and demanded my $100 back. They company never filed any documents on my behalf. They stole $100 from me and refused to return it.

I was contacted by a representative who name is Summer ** She informed me if I where to pay a fraction of $12,100.00 of my student loan debt, that I'll be relieved by her company. I paid in total $618.00. I reach back to the company via phone in Sept., to figure out about the program because the student loan company contacted me about a payment. They told me that they are waiting on the President's student loan forgiveness plan to go into effect prior to any move on there part. I were contacted by NelNet student loan representative and I informed them about the program.I've called NDER and spoke to *************'s about the progress. He stated that they still waiting. So today after reviewing my credit report, I see that nothing has happened. I called NelNet to see why my loan hasn't been forgiven, and i gave them the name and place of the company that promised me that they will have my student loans forgiven. They told me that they haven't been contacted by **** and that they suspect that it's is fraud. My final payment was in Sept. 24, 2021.

Since the summer of 2022 to January 2023, I have been getting charged $10 with the final amount of $342 with this company, "National Education Relief". I believe I have gotten scammed and would request a refund to the total amount. I can track all the invoices into one document if necessary but this is the largest and final of all transactions made by this so-called company,

On 1/27/2020, I signed a service agreement with National Debt Education Relief for student loan forgiveness on the loan I have with ******. I paid for service fees for 4 months at $149.75/month scheduled from 1/27/2020 - 4/27/2020 total of $599.00. I also paid a re-occurring monthly monitoring fee of $19.00 that started on 5/27/2020. My last payment was made sometime last year Nov/Dec 2022. Since signing up for the agreement, the company had a couple of name changes, Student *************** and then, studentsavings.io. I was told that I had completed the requirements for the student forgiveness loan and it would clear the balance. But nothing has happened. I have had no way of contacting them because the numbers I have saved no longer works and they have disappeared. It would be amazing if I could have a refund for all the money I paid for student loan forgiveness that has turned into a sad and horrible scam by this company.
