This company rebranded as New Education Relief and posed as a loan forgiveness company. The scammed me out of $80. I dont know how they had all my private information. I am just glad I found out before I started paying the $937 monthly fee for the next eight months they requested. They went into my federal loan portal to get more information out. I suspect they got my information from the data breach from equifax credit bureau.

Back in July of 2021. I paid ****** until Oct 2021. I was guaranteed that my students loans would be taken care of. **** it is Jan 2023. I have not been able to contact them since then. Numbers dont work and if this was a scam I would like to request for a refund for the 4 months I paid.

I was contacted by what seemed to be a legitimate business in January 2021 in which they offered to relieve my student loans after paying the service fee. When I went to call and update my job status, the number was disconnected and the website was gone. I took too long to notice and I am out $600. ***** refunded the money, but the claims department said I made the claim too late and took the money back. Now Im overdrawn and didnt receive the services promised. This is a cruel scam.

*********************** scammed me to believe the offer was 'on the level!' I made ( 4 ) monthy payments of:$87.25 "Documentation Fees," totalling $349.00. Thus I received a NEDR notation of: Paid for products/services and repeated reference only to: products/services. Not actually stating I am 'relieved,' of Repayment for Federal Student Loan. Yet, *********************** told me over the telephone that I would be relieved of my Federal Student Loan! Now, I am contacted by email repeatedly by ****** and another party offering to 'handle my student loan!' Really!, I could've made ( 7 ) $50 payments to MOHELA. So, I have contacted Federal Student Aid. If you can advise/help please reach out to me, thank you!

I was contacted by National Debt education relief back in July of 2021. They had informed me I was eligible for PSLF as I work for the Government. I paid the $600 to go through the steps for a servicer to follow me and help me through all the paperwork. Everything was approved and i had good contact with my agents. Recently, I have not gotten any contact from them and just found out their number is no longer in service. My loans have been transferred to a different servicer and I have to re-apply for PSLF. I was scammed out of $600 that i very well could use now and for nothing.
