    Just to let everyone know. As of August 17 2022 ******* bought DDI. Ddi is now controlled by *******. ***** doesn't pay for extra effort on loads outside of delivery zone. Overall average pay went down. If you are out on delivery and have a issue support just wants to put a fix it ticket in no help at all. It's a joke. I have been living this nightmare since may. Just started back up with door dash. They got app fixed an it works great.

    Glad I read these reviews before I actually got started working. Im just highly perturbed that they have all my personal info on file.Who are these clowns and why havent they been shut down?Does ******* know? Does ******* care?

    Will not respond to contract workers to get them paid. No answer or it goes straight to voicemail. Do not resolve tickets.

    DDI texted or email me regarding of my licence and insurance update. Somehow, I signed their website and can't upload due of technical difficulties. I called them and found out their voicemail was full!! What do I am doing? They plan to remove me in near future. That suck!!

    I can't believe they can get away with this. I do not have access to the earnings I made completing deliveries. The voicemail is full and the web form goes unanswered. At this point I don't think I can deliver for Spark until this issue is resolved.

    I am absolutely appalled by this business. They refuse to pay me along with many other people. I have spent hours attempting to contact this business. They refuse to answer the phone, respond to emails, or respond to submissions through their web form. This company refuses to pay money owed per Prop 22. They hide behind lies and non-responses to hide their highly illegal business practices in order to protect ******** I will be forced to peruse legal action against them.

    There a lot of us who was screwed by DDi. Unethical practices, A big Kangarroo court is all it is. I deliver for Spark. I work out of five different Wal-Marts' for the past two years. I was deactivated in my the middle of a delivery.And I have ****+ deliveries. Never had an issue. That weird. What's weirder than that? Answer is.,..i visited 4 of the five ******* stores and the *** managers didn't know a anything.***** says they can't release it based on a privacy issue. DDi says "we can't Release because because of the same privacy issues. DDi sent a copy. Although, there is ONE OPTION. That option is to appeal the deactivations. They HAVE TO you that appeaL None times out of ten you never get to decTidd
