    Date of transaction: June 6th, 2023 Service requested: Eviction services, flat fee $1000 paid so work can start immediately.No service was provided, no response from ********************************When asked for updates, he said he is working on getting updates.When asked for proof, he sent a tracking number of letter sent to a mailbox in *********, ** on June 23rd. There was no other update or proof of work or what was sent. When I found other reviews and ******* video about him, he threaten to see me "in court and Im going after your assets and property now - Civil lawsuit time"He has done this to many people, pls see ******* video and reviews about him:******************************************* **************************************************************** *****************************************************************

    Eviction servicies LLP said(*****************************) you pay ** ******* dollars and we will perform the eviction. He only delivered the first eviction notice and never filed with the courts. In his contract it kept saying NO REFUNDS, I should have stoped there!! I want him out !! He has been hording cats and stoped paying rent two years ago. He now has 50 cats, he is in his late 70s and sksophrenic, diagnosed in western ****************. **** and medicated for one year, his father got him out who died a few years ago. He needs help and so do the cats. Thanks ******************* **********

    The Evictionservicesllc.com is the company we approached ( on Nov8th) to take their help to get our property and dues for rental property we have in *****,**. This company charged $1000 ahead as their policy and its been three months they have been faking their existence and saying we are filing. On *************** owner wrote a email saying he filed with court and waiting. Prior to that he kept saying he did 3day notice to tenant. I have been chasing for updates since Dec29th. and yesterday he says he is filing. He denies that he ever said he had filed. This is in respnse to my question to him after calling court who said there is no filing on my name/ address/tenant. This guy started pretending and giving stories instead of telling truth. My doubt he does not do anything takes money and pretends to be doing something and people will go away with frustration. He does not respond to texts, does not answer calls.. after repeated calling /text he responds I am working and get back to you today and never comes back. I have proof of all communication to prove he is faking. need help to get my money back and question his very existence if he ever filed a case for anyone in first place. my cell is ********** for any questions.***** property owner: ********************************************************************

    In August 2022 I paid Eviction Services $800 to perform a tenant eviction in *******,********,Someone from this firm name *************************,represented himself as an Attorney who's firm represented,Clients like myself with eviction matters,After numerous calls and emails,that Id sent,requesting and status on my eviction,I was told Id be given a status report,by email or phone! never got any notification,of any kind!This firm claimed that they were in *****,but the tactic's other people have reported,are the exact same,things that I've been subjected too! there is no way in ****,that two companies almost 2 thousand miles apart,would be scamming people the exact same way!

    On October 14, 2022, I spoke with *******************************, the owner of Eviction Services, LLC. During this phone call ******* informed me of his capacity to support my efforts to evict tenants who had not paid rent since August. I paid the $1,000 fee and he assured me that he would get to work immediately regarding the matter. I sent an email on October 25th to follow up regarding the contract that I was supposed to sign, but never received. I was informed that I would receive the contract shortly. I followed up repeatedly Oct. 28, Oct. 31, Nov. 2, Nov. 3, Nov. 20, and Dec. 1 via email. Additionally, I called several times and was never able to speak with anyone. On Dec. 2, after I informed ******* that I would be reporting his business to BBB and the **************** Attorney for fraud, he informed me that he placed my case on hold Nov. 14, 2022 due to "refusal" to sign the contract. The attached documents show that I requested a contract repeatedly since and Oct. 25 and did not receive it until Dec. 2 I requested a contract multiple times via email and via voice messages. The final straw was when ******* threatened to *** me for slander when I pointed out his fraudulent actions. I want a full refund. I was able to evict my tenants without his services. And according to his email from Dec. 2, he has not acted on my behalf at all since he received payment. Furthermore, his failure to perform the duties that he promised he would perform has cost me $5,535 in addition to the $1,000 fee that he charged. Eviction Services LLC and ******************************* charged for a service that they did not provide. The promised services were not provided on my behalf regarding this matter. Additionally, this company refused to respond to my phone calls and voice messages. The responses to my emails were insufficient and I did not receive appropriate communication until December 2nd; more than a month after my initial payment to this company.

    July of 2022 hired Eviction Services to help with an eviction of some squatters on property my dad lived on. **** told him know problem and told him he watched the house and that eldery abuse was occuring which I new and that was one reason for trying to evict paid extra for help with that also. every time I asked for info he would say he would email in the morning or he had to wait for the courts, that these are hard eviction repeated over and over. while an elderly man was in jeopardy. I finally went to another attorney they looked at what legal document i was sent. they told me that nothing had been filed correctly. and I then personally intervened - with in a week i have my dad - still trying to get his financial status figured out because of all the time i wasted with eviction services they took his money. if nothing else i want him exposed for the fraud he is **** ph **********

    I paid eviction attorney to evict a tenant in July **************************************** 4 to 9 weeks its now 5 months. I paid attorney $1000 in July. He does not answer my calls or text and have no updates on the case. The office doesnt pick up calls or returns my messages the gm does not return my calls either. I m not are this firm is legitimate at this point. I just want ******* evicted. Has not paid rent in 8 months

    On November 4th I signed a contract with Eviction Services LLC, prior to reading all the horrible reviews, I later dug up. When you inquire about their service they are very responsive. As soon as you hire them and pay the $1000.00 they vanish. As of today December 14th my case has not been filed in ***************. I have emails stating that they filed the case. I have asked for copies of the proof and they have not sent them. I asked about flying to ** myself to file the case and they assured me I did not need to do this. . This company is a fraud. This company has done nothing other then serve a 3 day notice 25+ days after I hired them. I want $900.00 back and I will finish the process myself. I will give them 100$ for sending the 3 day.

    We hired this company on June 13, 2023, and paid them $700 to evict a tenant for failing to pay rent and having no standing living at the property. On October 12, 2023, we paid this company an additional $500 to evict a second person from the property. I have spoken to a secretary once and the attorney once in seven months. I have received an email from them regarding court dates, and court information will be confirmed and sent to me, etc. There is no information on any court records filed. I am a retired homicide detective with over 33 years of experience with court proceedings. I know my around a court building. I have attempted to call the business multiple times and have left several messages to contact me for an update, and I am still waiting for a response. On December 6, 2023, I called their listed contact number seven times in 30 minutes to receive a constant busy signal. This company has done nothing but provide empty stall tactic promises. I am requesting a full refund to hire a legitimate company. My next step is to *** this company if this case isnt resolved soon. I am done playing their ridiculous games.

    Company was hired in May 2022 to evict some tenants, they stated the process would take a maximum of 12 weeks and would inform us of all actions taken along the way. It has now been 24 weeks and the company has still done nothing. We have checked with the Los Angeles County Courthouses and they have zero record of any cases being filed on our behalf. We call them, text them and email them every single day only for them to be unresponsive. When they do answer it is always a "we will get back to you later" response but we never actually hear back from them. We need the tenants out since they are damaging the property. If they are unable to prform the service, we want the refund so we can hire someone who will. Thank you.
