    After you assisted me and notified him, he wrote me an email saying if I dropped my complaint he would pay me back. He also said he was suing me for slander. I never said anything bad about him in ********* told him he should be ashamed to take money from an elderly widow for work and then s**** people. I would like you to contact him again. He did not tell you the truth about calling me.

    In August 2022 I paid them $1000 to do eviction work for my only rental. He has done nothing. I have hired another company.

    We have tried calling the "Client" *****" times over the last 2 weeks , every single time we are sent to Voicemail and unable to reach the "Client". We have worked on the matter but needed top speak with the "Client". The "Client" Claimed to have phone issues and then would wait until the Office was closed and call later at night or early morning , wwhile monitoring voicemail calls after hours we would promptly return the calls and again get voicemails -

     

    All calls from the "Client" and to the "Client" are logged and tracked by the Phone System as well as all emails which document all of our attempts. The "Client" stated on emails and one voicemail that she had phone problems / needed to replace her phone and was having issues . It is not a companies responsibility to make sure its "Clients" have working phones and emails to communicate with them . It is also sad that "Clients" can make false claims that are Fraudulent / Ficticous as well as Defamatory and they can post them on a site like the "BBB" without oversight -

     

    We have tried to resolve matters with the "Client" and instead she ignores that and turns to insults and name calling -

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    On or around 8/10/2022 I paid ******************************* from Eviction Services $1000, which he guaranteed would help me to evict a tenant who has not paid rent in over 2 years. On more than one occasion I have called the office of Eviction Services to get an update on the progress of case. I have only managed to speak to ******************** once which was about a week ago where he assured me he would get me an update. Still l have received no information at all no emails no phone calls.
