  My experience with The Retention Group was over the top magnificent. First I dealt with ******* in the begging who was very knowledgeable and courteous. I was then transferred over to ******** who was on top of her game plan and being so knowledgeable had all my questions answered without me having any doubts.   I fell behind on my credit card I most depended on, which was my ***************** I never had the chance to fully financially recover from covid(still struggling). *** was able to stop the collection calls from harassing me and worked something out where my paychecks would not be garnished ***************** threatened they would!) I currently am on an affordable payment plan and happy with it. They were able to negotiate a large amount to be removed from my owed balance which was a huge bonus for me. I recently referred my mom as well. We appreciate you guys very much.

  CORLENCE E EXCELLENT COMPANY. This company is really a rescue team for humanism. They all have that Unconditional love and passion for their job, and the people they assist.Each time I called them, if they're not available, they'll call me back.They work so closely on your case until the end, and they make sure that they guide u through each and every step. I have to give credit to this awesome lady *******. She's just amazing on the phone with her angelic voice. U even feel relief after talking with her. Not forgetting ************* who was calling me and giving me reminders. This's just the best company. Best ***************** Even after your case is done with them, it's like we should keep the connections still going. I'm just impressed by the well trained staff.
