    They will not answer phone Recorded msg-too many calls at peak time- you cannot leave a message Their email is not legit I tried every which way Gmail - is Not an email Tried internet and no way to contact support there I'm at a loss as how to reach them NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THEM Don't know if I'm even going to receive my order

    DO NOT BUY A 5cent piece of bubble gum from these SCAMMERS! I warn you. I tried to cancel my order 72 hrs after I ordered they said no, its already left the warehouse. I had to wait for email to tell me I could return it. Get the ok to return email but it has to be sent to ***** instead of ******** where it came from for a $160.00 postal fee.They also told me to claim the value at $10.00 when its over $600.00( anyone for a little **** perjury on a form)? Now they refuse to accept the cams at the ** address they are shipped from the ******** factory it came from. The will not reimburse postage to ***** and they will not return my funds. They even offered me $45.00 to keep them but I dont want their garbage cans. This ****** ******* is the **************** rep on email she said its out of her hands. I have filed a complaint with my State AG and hope the POSTMASTER investigates them for telling people to lie and declare under the value of goods. They keep saying open them and try but if you open them they will say they are used so I didnt open it. They will not allow return to sender. I could be out of my money and these garbage cams. Theyll say they didnt receive them. This is where they said send it, ******* Address:**********************************************************************************************************************************************************************, ****** Name: *************** I tell you DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS CO. Definitely dont send them YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET YOUR DECISION. I AM OUT $614.00 dollars. I saw reviews after I ordered.

    C*** ******* company - a total scam! I'd rate them a ZERO STAR, however BBB requires at least a 1-star rating. My order was a christmas gift for my wife, and was totally unusable!!!They don't stand behind their products or their guarantee. Tried numerous times via their website and email to cancel my order - no results.Contacted customer service by email and they only offered a token refund - and then did not follow through with issuing the refund!Followed up and they told me multiple times to be patient! What a load of ****.There is no path to returning the product effectively - the US warehouse is undergoing renovations after being closed due to Covid! I was told to ship it back to *****, only about $100 US and months to get there if it's not lost in shipping!STAY AWAY!

    I wish my husband had looked at this site before purchasing a camera from this company as a Christmas gift for me. I was not happy with the quality of the camera and they made us jump through hoops to return it. We spent an additional $45 to mail it back to *****! Still working with our bank to dispute the charge. Unfortunately, we've let them drag this out forever. Our bad. This company is definitely a scam.

    Total Crap! Tried numerous times via email and always got the run around. Tried to return it and no responce. Went to credit card company to dispute the charge and they lied, saying I never contacted them. Have numerous emails to prove they lie.

    The wifi bluetooth feature is trash. The app is also trash. Do not understand why this s**** company is still is business and allowed to still sell it junk in the **.

    DO NOT BUY!!!!! Can't even give them 1 Star but I had to. We purchased 2 WiFi830 Trail Cameras for +/-$260. Tried them immediately and realized they were poor quality, Not as advertised, and could have purchased better for less than half price locally. Field of view is less than 45 degrees, night shot very poor only visible within about 20ft, have to be within about about 25' for WiFi to work. Contacted company to find out about return procedure and received no response except pdf of setup instruction I had already read via the app. numerous calls and emails went unanswered until 1 day prior to my 30 day window for returning product. That email stated we were eligible for a refund, but US facility was closed due to Covid19 and we were required to return product to ***** Manufacturing Facility via *** (only shipping option they would receive). Checked cost for shipping to their ***** address and discovered it would cost over $360 for the 2 cameras. They have a great approach to avoiding customer service. Hopefully my credit card company will reverse the charge.
