    Do NOT purchase from this company! I ordered 4 trail cameras ($497) and returned them per their precise instructions because of the inferior quality. Although their address says ******, ** these are shipped from ***** and must be returned to *****. My **** tracking shows they arrived back in ***** December 6, 2022 but my money still has not been refunded. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM!

    I agree with one of the reviews. We need a -0- option. These guys are scammers. I sent several emails wanting my money back as I realized this camera wasn't compatible with a cell phone. They delayed and delayed until it got past their 30 return policy and then said, "Sorry, nothing we can do now'"

    We need a zero-star option! I had the same experience as everyone here. I urge everyone to please initiate an investigation through your credit card companies. Then take it to your congress representative. They are supposed to protect Americans from this sort of massive fraud.

    I agree total scam company! No way to contact them-by email or phone. No way to return orders. No way to cancel orders. I am totally pxxxed

    Fraudulent charge to my credit card. Never heard of the company and don't use hunting gear. Am presently in the process of having my bank remove the charge.

    We ordered a set of binoculars and it said we would get free "express shipping". They represent their self online as an ******** company, shipping from **********, but they ship out of *****. I contacted them to get a tracking number, they told me the order hadn't shipped yet. I told them I wanted to cancel the order then because there was no way it was going to get here in time. They told me I couldn't cancel. Their return policy says items can be returned if we are not satisfied for any reason. So I contacted them to start a return just a few days after they arrived and how convenient... their warehouse in the US is closed for renovations for 6+ months and if I wanted to return these, I would have to ship them back to ***** and I'm responsible for paying freight to *****. They are scammers. They make it difficult for anyone to return something, so they just take your money when you realize it's not worth it to send them back. SCAMMERS!!!

    They are a scam company and do not order from it!!! Im really wishing I had seen these reviews sooner before ordering the camera as wanted it for a Christmas present for my boyfriend. I ordered on 11/6 and have sent an email which is unanswered at this point if I could leave no stars I would

    Add me to the list of people that got scammed. I tried to get a refund, realized very quickly that there was no way it was going to happen. After reading the stories of other people I have opted out of the refund process and I am going to pursue their business partners here in ******.

    I ordered a trail camera and decided to return it. Was told I had to return it to a ***** address and would only be refunded $15. If I would have known this was coming out of *****, I would not have even placed the order. I got screwed big time. Do not deal with this company.
