Communications, loan documents were on time was kept up to date by phone calls text message and email. In my case was a lengthy process due to survey not being up to date. Loan Depot stayed with this project until properly finished.

Buyer Beware!!! I would avoid doing business with ***************************. very aggressive and pushy. He will take your info and run credit checks w/o permission and set up loans you do not approve. I found him to be untrustworthy and deceitful.LoanDepot
